if u wanna produce electronica for free, its gunna be tricky.
I would recommend buying a electronica sample CD (like $10 or so), learning Audacity and using that to make a made-from-scratch track
Or spend some money and get like Ableton or Maschine by Native Instruments.
Even Dj mixing programs (mixing two tracks for parties and whatnot) are demos and have a short usage then it "runs out of time" and u gotta close it to keep mixing.

Cuckos Reaper used to have an unlimited trial period, and if you want to buy a license its really cheap compared to other programs:
http://www.reaper.fm/
TBH I don't know of software that is without learning curve, but perhaps ableton live is the easiest to learn? Not free though.
Studio one comes with lots of samples and loops etc, I got it free with an audio card, you might be able to find a similar deal: http://www.presonus.com/products/Studio-One Studio one is a lot like Cubase but more user friendly.
Also don't forget KVR:http://www.kvraudio.com/ they have a HUGE database of free plugins. Most are mediocre, but you can find some professional quality stuff on there for free if you look around.
I have not used it but FL Studio is supposed to be really good and user friendly:https://www.image-line.com/flstudio/ Plus FL Studio is the only program I know of with lifetime free updates, so if you decide this is something you want to do in the future, its a really good option.
There are some free programs such as Audacity: http://www.audacityteam.org/ but they are generally not as robust as pay programs.
Well I hope this gives you a place to start! As far as DJ type software I don't have any experience with it so sorry I can't recommend any of that.
