A WHO WHAT IN A WHERE? I dont think Ivan neglected anything. Ivan pasturized the catings in a pot of water at 175 for a little over an hour. Then once it cooled and drained Ivan mixed it up with only 2 jars (pints) of wbs. Ivan put holes in the top of the lid if the rubbermaid whit polyfill in the holes. It's not the huge totes, it's a size smaller. Wanted to try it out first before he does a huge batch.
