Kratom Phone 2

Ok so I've noticed that some people (usually people who dont know me well) think that talking blatantly on the phone about kratom is sketchy and borderline like talking about illegal drugs......
That really pisses me off because IMO we need to talk/treat kratom in society for the reality that it is, and in reality kratom is not very harmful for the human body nor is it currently in the US tied into any smuggling operations or illegal activities.
On the opposite hand it is COMPLETELY inappropriate when people go around saying kratom is the same as coffee or even weed. That is completely false, kratom is addictive and can cause a severe physical withdrawal under certain circumstances.
My perspective is that lack of objectivity and honesty among the peoples of our world is SEVERELY ruining our society on every level, we need to get down to brass fucking taxes when it comes to every topic if we ever hope to have a world where people live in reality instead of fantasy.
Get real about kratom and get real about life.
Its a leaf in a bag that people pull off a tree and eat, other than that the only other things people need to know is
1. its mildly addictive but can lead to physical dependence when its severely over used
2. it gets you high similarly to opium without the risk of fatal OD
3. its a fucking leaf from a tree that never killed anyone
Stop lying about kratom, stop lying about life.

Don't get me high like opium. I'd put it more in the category of "mood elevator" than recreational drug.

Perhaps. I never took it before I had at least some tolerance.

another thing is these people who are sketched about talking about kratom on the phone are ALWAYS people who have very little or zero experience using any hard drugs or being in trouble with the law.
if your too scared to talk about kratom on the phone do you really think they would be confident enough to shoot smack, smoke crack or anything else of that nature?
NOPE.
they also have no/little experience with legal issues because the fact they are scared to talk about kratom on the phone shows that they aren't even aware that they cant be prosecuted for such a thing at this point in time.

Why are you talking about kratom on the phone anyway? Every time I bring up kratom to people IRL they just roll their eyes and say something like, "oh yeah, karthoum, I know store that sells that stuff but I am all set." Fuck em.

cause i know some people who actually have an idea of what kratom is and others who are really kratom users who fully understand what it is.
as such it sometimes comes up in phone conversations, the one that inspired this post was via text about me saying how this person should watch out for a scam thats going on in the internetlandz regarding kratom and also that december first is the next day the DEA comes out and says something about it.
im not trying to be hard ass to them and i didnt criticize them at all to their face but it just grinds my gears when they suddenly got all sketch and acted as if they just dont even do kratom at all.
its like come on......this is why (among other reasons) i feel that people who are intelligent HARD drug users are more my kind of people that i groove with because they tend to know more about whats really sketchy and whats not, unfortunately the HARD drug using community generally has many more unintelligent users than intelligent users.

You said it causes a severe physical withdrawal in some instances, then go onto say it's mildly addicting, that seems a bit backwards, it's been my experience that things which cause sever physical withdrawal symptoms are not just mildly addicting, they tend to be very addicting.
I would say it's mildly addicting, but doesn't cause a severe withdrawal, it does cause a withdrawal though.
I wouldn't compare it to opium though, I have smoked opium a handful of times, and it made me fade out hardcore. I remember smoking opium with 3 friends once, we all passed out in the car we were smoking in, then smoked later that day at a friends house, again we all passed out in a big opium orgy pile, I have never felt like that from kratom.

All of what ive stated is completely true in my own life experience and the experience of all others i know personally when it comes to kratom.
When i said it was mildly addicting yet can reach a point of severe wds i meant exactly that, its not very addicting but when u put a boatload in your body for an extended period of time you eventually wake up on fire one day.
Also when i compare kratom to opium i just dont know what other natural substance to compare it to

I think severe is a pretty severe word in this case. Maybe in the rarest of rare cases, but I would say the worst it's going to get compared to full agonists is "minor".
Minor withdrawals can seem really bad if you've never been really sick, but I've never heard of someone being completely incapacitated from kratom withdrawals like with opiates, benzos, alcohol.

I understand what you were saying, I wasn't trying to poopoo what you said so hope I didn't come off that way, I just view it as a very benign plant ally.
I have just never gotten so high from kratom that I was faded as fuck, it usually energizes me a bit, but I don't catch a nod, and most people I have talked to about kratom think it sucks, even many people within the opiate community think it sucks.

Yeah I have had the same experience more or less. I can't give the stuff away to the drug users I know.

Well, it's not illegal, so I see no reason for people to be paranoid talking about it on the phone.

i have nodded from sedating strains when my tolerance was little to none and have also experienced very good euphoria.
same thing goes for a variety of friends of mine.

I think kratom is as addictive as coffee, if I were to take either regularly at strong doses for more than two weeks I will experience some minor withdrawal/discomfort
its way better than coffee tho, and doesn't feel taxing on the body which is a plus, if anything it makes me my muscles a little more relaxed, which coffee does the opposite

I got some kratom from sheeks and it helps a ton for opiate withdrawals but is for all other purposes useless to me.
Mood elevation may be so in the most liberal sense but the act of choking down bitter powder offsets the minuscule benefits.
Ive been using it every day I got it but it really hasnt done much for me. I think im gonna stop and just save it for withdrawals if I relapse

Seriously dude keep choking down that cock powder, it's worth it. It's a subtle drug but it will keep you clean if you're in a fix.
