im sorry this is long winded, i just really need some help right now and i dont know what the problem is, or the solution.
before i ever tripped on any psychedelic drug, i feel like my body was in fairly good shape. no health problems, and i had gone through some depression and I used to have (or may still have) ADHD but that was it.
After about a year of some lsd and shroom usage i noticed i had some very mild, relatively rare aches or pains in random places in my body that couldnt really be explained by any physical activity, they were just new and didnt really concern me since i hardly noticed them.
3 years into my psychedelic usage, and a couple weeks ago some bad shit happened. not sure why, but i guess my body didnt appreciate it anymore. i developed some HPPD, went through a little depression again, and now i get awful panic attacks. underlying mental disorders can be known to be triggered by psychedelic use, i know. my family has a history of anxiety.
whats bothering me the most right now, is that i feel so incredibly over-aware of my body that its scaring me. it feels like my veins and arteries get shooting pains (im only 18, it cant possibly be a heart attack, my family doesnt have a history of that and i take somewhat decent care of myself) and the last time i smoked pot it felt like my heart became a snake covered in wasps. that resulted in me going to the hospital, i had every symptom of a heart attack but of course it was just a bad panic attack.
ive been working on breathing exercises, and that seems to soothe the awkward feelings in my heart, but i have these aches all over my body. they are much worse than they were a couple weeks ago and im wondering if anyone else has noticed this after using more than just several times.
its making it so hard for me to keep myself calm, the fact that i have all these aches... how can i be completely fine, if im in almost constant pain. its not awful but its so damn annoying.
how do i make it go away, if nothing is truly wrong with my health? im open to acupuncture, or talking with a psychiatrist about a medication so long as it doesnt make me feel like a zombie or buzzed/high. is this just part of my anxiety?
thank you for reading this, any advice is welcome and encouraged. im in a really tough spot in my life right now

That is normal body function being noticed finally. It isnt from the trip. But something in your lifestyle that creates physical stress.

I'm 40sth; random aches and pains are a fact of life. I wish you all the best in overcoming the panic attacks, which I guess are the only real problem that you have. I had them at that age too and it was scary and disorienting; after a while though I just got absorbed in the minutiae of life and they went away. I would definitely lay off the droogs for an indefinite period though, at least until you feel on top of things again.
