Hi guys, I'm pretty new to the shroom scene and am very interested but I can't identify them at all
So I'm hoping you guys can help me identify these dried caps (I know it's iffy to identify dried caps
But I just want to know that I'm not going to die if I try one. I obtained these while cleaning out my previous tenant'a closet. We are no longer on speaking terms so I can't ask him about them, although if he had them dried in a bag I'm pretty sure he has taken some himself. But either way I'm paranoid so if anyone can help me out it'd be much appreciated.

On a side note these mushrooms are in northern Ontario. So if he picked them himself they would be species from that region

If you are paranoid about it just throw them away.
The only active in that area I can think of is Psilocybe caerulipes and depending on how old they are they might be worthless for tripping.
