In my experience trying to mask or otherwise adulterate bitter herbs to make them palatable usually makes them taste worse while also increasing the volume of concoction I need to consume.

You make a lot of posts with simple questions that don't get a lot of replies. Maybe it is time to find out first hand by experimenting?

No, it tastes gross, but just drink it and have something to chase it with.

It would only work if you could make it concentrated enough. Maybe redissolved tar or neay evalorated tea but probably pure alkaloids would be the only way it would turn out properly.

But it could work. Its just like gel tabs but more water, less gelatin.

I agree.

What I found to work the best is boil your tea down to 6-8 fluid ounces, then coat your mouth with honey before each swig of tea, chase with orange juice, and you will have minimal funky aftertaste.  Raw honey works best though, it's expensive, but worth it because it's so thick.

I think the gnarly flavor isn't so bad, it's part of the experience.  I sometimes find that one should experience such things fully to understand them completely, might sound crazy, but it's how I feel, and tasting the cactus funk is a part of experiencing the plant fully.

To me jello is a brand of flavoured gelatain.
