Well you offered a statement, not an opinion.

Like i said though, enlightenment would have to be defined to argue this arguement. It is the buddhism/hinduism belief that Enlightenment = A blessed state in which the individual transcends desire and suffering and attains Nirvana.

I would certainly say that can be attained through egoloss as a consequence of mushrooms.

A more common interpretation of the word would be: education that results in understanding and the spread of knowledge.

This is certainly what is reached, at least by me, through tripping, that sole reason fuels my drive to eat large doses of mushrooms a few times a year.

In your post before You say that True enlightenment can only be attained through belief, but then you say it cant even be reached through humans. If it cant be reached through humans, and we certainly dont know it happens through any other living creature, then it doesnt exist, isnt that correct?
What is your definition of enlightenment paradis?

Its almost like the spiritual use of entheogens helps define what enlightenment means....Is there any religion that reaches elightenment, and doesn't use entheogens in any way?

Its like they help describe what you are looking for, or teach fundamental truths one might have been blind to before...

Yes, those truths are the "understanding" of how things work, of "how things are." Its those truths which help us find our personal paths and help us become more productive, thoughtful, good, human beings *in general*.

Hi everyone, I'm new on here.

I don't any people who indulge in mushrooms or acid regularly. I know of people who have taken them without really understanding what they were about to take and most of those regretted it.

Where I am (over in the UK) most people use cannabis, cocaine, and E most. It's easy to get those things but psychedelics are trickier to get hold of. I will be soon trying them however, I've got some going at the moment.
