Oh god.. FUBAR

Ok so I may have an issue.. Two days ago I nocced 13 jars. I used a wbs tek I found and followed it to the T except I unfortunately do not have a PC so I pasteurized for an hour. The moisture was good from what I could tell because when I grabbed a handful of the wbs only 5-10 grains stuck to my hand. Either way, after the last grab test I let them sit and cool for an additional 20 minutes before I boiled them, only letting the water come up about halfway on each jar.
Each jar was also covered completely with a double layer of foil which I made sure to crinkle around the sides so additional moisture would not permeate. After the hour or so was up, I made the mistake of removing them from the water to cool overnight in the air rather than gradually along with the water which is why I believe I've run into my excessive moisture problem. There is standing water at the bottom of the jars and although it isn't much, the fact that I nocced them the following day, adding more water to it, I fear I may have a serious problem. The grains soaked up a lot of the residual moisture from the cooking process but there is still a little bit of standing water.
I was very meticulous in the preparation of all materials being used and sterilized the hell out of my work area and everything around it. I used Lysol, rubbing alcohol, a face mask, rubber gloves, etc. they are currently incubating at between 65-70 degrees F so I know that any mycelium growth will take quite a bit longer to notice.
Additionally, 5 of the jars I used were pre-made cakes that my buddy ordered online and were supposedly already sterile yada yada. But just to be safe I also pasteurized those jars as well. The spawn material inside seemed super dry so I added maybe 1-2 tbsp of distilled water and then nocced them.
My questions are thus: 1- Are my wbs jars fucked or is there still hope as long as I don't see any contam?
And 2- Did I fuck up the pre made cakes when I added water or is there still hope for them as well?
UPDATE: Eureka!!! Checked the jars today and 4/13 of them are showing positive signs of colonization! I noticed a few very tiny bright white blotches at several noc points. Unfortunately 1 out of the remaining 8 jars MAY have contamination. I separated that jar from the rest to be monitored individually. It's still too early to be 100% about the 4 I believe to be colonized so I'm not getting my hopes up just yet. However if I am correct, I only hope they begin to colonize more aggressively in order to fight off any potential contams in the coming days/weeks.

Well shit.. I know the obvious response to my next question will simply be "Get a PC" lol but I have to ask, how long should they be pasteurized if an hour won't do?

What about the pre-made jars? They already come "sterile" but I cooked em a bit anyway. Of the wbs is screwed is there at least hope for them?

Depending on what happens in the next couple of weeks, I may try my hand had brf cakes.. Generally speaking I know that there's little room for error with anything you use as a spawn but wbs seems to be especially unforgiving..

You can cook it 2 hours for 3 days in a row with some success. Pc is easier.

Yeah I'm probably going to go with that to start off. I was initially going to try to hit the ground running with this wbs bulk tek but apparently this is one of those things that requires a "Crawl-Walk-Run" approach lol fml.

So basically using wbs is pointless unless you have a PC? Boiling for an hour won't do anything positive as far as killing unwanted contams? Welp.. There goes $45.00. Lesson learned.

Yeah I guess I'll just let what I have nocced run for another week or so and check for contams. In the meantime I have a friend that's letting me borrow his PC and I'm gonna do a few brf cakes with the last 13cc's I have and hope for the best.
