B+ Rye Jars ready to spawn - are they?

Hey guys,
I have these two rye jars that are ready to spawn now.
I have inoculated them with an agar wedge about two weeks ago, now when I shake them, they fully recover within 36 hours.
All in all they look good, but after the last shake and recover they show some condensation on some places. Furthermore there are some very small water bubbles on some rye berries (really only some).
I would like to spawn them today so could you please tell me if they are ok?

Jars do not look healthy. A little condensation is normal during colonization. You can spawn to bulk if you want, but your chances of success will be minimal.

Blindingleaf is it possible for fragments of agar can be distributed over a jar after a couple shakes appearing as water bubbles or a transparent slime?

My opinion is based on how the myc looks. The jars don't look full and vibrant like I see in a lot of jar pics and from my own experiences. It would seem my eye is not quite trained enough, as I am the only one who suspects a problem. Majority rules, OP. Spawn away. Sorry for the misinformation.

Would it best to wait for a full recovery, or are they ready enough to be used as spawn now?

I started to spawn them. Before the dunk, I gave them a good smell and they only smell like mushrooms. Not sweet, not bitter, not bad at all. They seem to be ok
Unforunately I bought a totally wronge tote for my mono, it's too big and so I would only get a 1 - 1,5" level. Therefore I decided to spawn the sub/spawn mix into small trays and let them colonize.
After that I will fruit the trays either in filter bags or in a SGFC that I still have to build.
Is that possible?
Will look like this:

This sounds odd. Are you shaking them after full colonization to test their vigor? I would say that is not the best idea. In most circumstances, I would only shake an agar-inoculated jar once, at 20-40% colonization.

Why odd? It is absolutely common to shake a rye jar at least twice, once after 30% and then after some while to speed on colonization
