Outdoor Ovoids cultivation from spores

I already made a similar post in the outdoor cultivation but I know there are many great cultivators on here who might not be on the other page so let me know what you guys think
This season I was lucky enough to find some Ovoids in Western WA, which was super exciting because I wasn't expecting it and honestly never thought I would find them here in WA. But there they were! They were in a very well known place so I was only able to nab a few mature fruits and a few days later someone snipped em all. I have about 6 decent prints and that's all i've got, I can't be certain they'll come back either so I've gotta do this one right
Here's my main questions given I've never successfully cultivated woodlovers.
-Would you say it is fairly difficult? Compared to cubes? -Where can I get good chips/substrate -Is late November too late to start outdoors in the PNW?
My idea at this point is to make a spore solution with a few of the prints I have and mix it with just a bunch chopped hydrated/soaked cardboard and alder/maple chips. Mix all that in a small pot with a little maple tree planted in it and let it sit outide for a while keeping it hydrated. I'd prefer a method where I don't have to mess with sterile technique, but if I do its not an issue. What would be your recommendations for my situation?

Spores to bulk could take years...id go agar to grain to bulk then outside...while your doing this try your method n also make some syringes n do some cakes ive been lucky far more then once n you have no shortage of spores so play the numbers game.

Exactly.
I would make 5gal of spore solution, then attempt to replicate exactly where you find them growing. Note the amount of shade, elevation and substrate.
In my area(Florida, lol) you can just call random tree companys and they will gladly dump off loads of mulched up wood from tree jobs they did, for free. Because otherwise they have to pay to dump it.
Anyways, find a source of substrate and begin planning. They will take considerably longer than Psilocybe cubensis(a tropical/subbtropical species)
