 What does you "ritual" consist of?

When working with energys in a "ritualistic" way what are you fond of doing?
What tools do you use?
How do you start and end it?
What entity's do you call to?
I personally am fond of my ancestral Celtic blood.
I enjoy calling upon fairy spirits and leave fairy house in my garden and room.
The tools I use are wands (made from nature), crystals, and my moon tonic.
I do not speak through my rituals. I'm not a big chanter for me things are better left unsaid.
Celtic holidays are when I have the most fun with my rituals although.
My favorite being Lughnasadh for I appreciate the green man and his spirit.
Feel free to speak for there is no right or wrong

I use my skull with burned in sygils, I cheef an entire bowl without breathing air. then take a couple shots of absenthe or smoke some wormwood. then I meditate on a burning candle resting on top of the skull. when I am ready i cheef again all while thanking Shiva for this energy. then I sacrifice a bit of my blood onto the skull. I then do a sort of poi dance with a knife on rope until I hit a trance state with only my intent in my mind. then i cheef again and thank Shiva.

When I indulge a bit much in some of my trich cacti. I thought of a mental toy that was something that hypnotized me. It was like experiencing depths of nothing. Th deeper it gets th deeper it gets into nothing and how that it is impossible to not exist. I thought of it as an ancient ritual of conscious beings.

already you do not exists time is whole like a thing all at once so you're conscious mind is collapsing the possibilities that could happen that's how all things that will and can be occupy the same space. or that's as good as I have so far.

my meditations typically involve some affirmations, meditating on love and christ consciousness, calling in and meditating with certain ascended masters, and then doing prayers for the well-being of humanity and the earth  my typical routine slowly changes over time as some things get added or removed... seems to work for me a lot right now

Rituals are false
Any form of practice (meditation, yoga, magick, etc) is false because it involves effort
Any attempt to control energy will result in ill health

My ritual "begins" the moment - I am - aware.
Here and now,
in the face and mind of experience,
the crest and trough of the wave,
the full spectrum palette of feeling,
always a chance to recreate the direction of patterns of how the tapestry of time unfolds,
and growing to the heavens with the lessons presented.

Hmm I think it's about how it's done - meditation ideally feels quite effortless at a certain point and very graceful. I find it is something done more with the heart than with the head, if that makes sense. And I think what we focus on, we create more within ourselves - much like the idea of neuroplasticity - so if we focus on being passive at all times then I think our ability to apply effort meaningfully might atrophy - likewise if we focus on love, we enrich that quality within ourselves. I don't feel that we incarnated here just to lie around and avoid effort, I feel that to a large extent we get out of life what we put into it - while it's still important to remain aligned with our higher guidance, which in turn makes the effort feel graceful and proper.
I see no difference with any other area in life, effort in the form of physical exercise can have beneficial effects, effort in the form of posting here can too. To me, it feels more like effort the more resistance there is, when there is little to no resistance then I think it's just something that happens rather than an effort applied
But of course we will all do what works for us and what we feel inspired by

My ritual consists of eating Chick-fil-a, pondering the meaning of life, then realizing I don't give a fuck. Then I go back to living my life and leading by example rather than clinging to the hope for glory for myself. Glory be to God and my Teacher.
