First mono...questions about water content

I have my first mono going from MS WBS to Coir/berm in an 80qt tub. I have included picturs to help illustrate my point, I hope it helps.
First off, I forgot to line the tub to prevent side pins. I read that it should be fine so I'm not worried. But as I was inspecting the tub I noticed that there is a ton of water in it. It actually is pooling at the bottom. Is this normal? Everything seems to be going fine for now. I used bucket tek to pasteurize with 4.5 quarts of water, I brick coir and 2 quarts Verm

Oh sorry I didn't realize the dots were visible. I was going to use this container for a second SGFC. It's just the dots, not actual holes

The uncolonized spot in your first picture is not good. It looks like that spot is saturated enough that the mycelium couln't colonize it. Bacterial issues could be at play too. The third picture of the top of the substrate does not look good either. I can't quite tell because of the dim lighting, but it appears as though there is some wet bubble or something going on. Sorry to say, but your mono's days seem numbered. My vote would be to toss it, and start over. If you gave us a little detail about the methods you used to make that mono, somebody could help you pin point what went wrong. If you make the necessary corrections, you will be more successful next time.

I believe I used to much water. I Will try 4 qts next time instead of 4.5
Also I did not mix the WBS well and break it up evenly. I was afraid of getting a contam so I did it quickly with a wooden spoon. Should have just put gloves on and done it properly. Also, I didn't case it properly because I didn't save enough coir/Verm to cover the whole tub.
Anyways I put it into fruiting just for shits and giggles. Even if I can get one fruit to clone it would be worth it so I don't have to buy more syringes
Thanks for your help

Haha, not quite.
That tub was going to be a SGFC first. Made the marks to drill, just never drilled it. Made it into a mono instead

Hopefully the standing water will get used up after your mushrooms start growing. Cross your fingers that it doesn't interfere with colonization too bad.

I think you answered your own questions here. You really wanna mix it up good. The grains should be fully colonized so contam resistant. You can get away without gloves as long as you wash your hands well.
Morty do you even read a thread before posting?

Looks like mycogone, or bacterial as fuck.
I'd toss that tub and start over.
