I blew out some tendons in my shoulder. Have carpal tunnel in both wrists (and I broke the left one a long time ago, never had it set so I don't think it healed properly) My knees are jacked up from having been kicked in. My ankles and hips are always bitching from having been overworked in bad ways. There's hardly a joint in my body that's happy and I think I have some sort of neuropathy that causes frequent muscle spasms and stabbing stinging burning hot or cold sensations. Particularly in my legs. My liver is shot and it probably isn't the only organ that's trying to shit. I don't have a gallbladder and have digestive issues. My vision isn't great. One of my eyes doesn't dilate properly because it wanted to eat a pole. I have an auditory processing disorder that effects how I hear and speak. I get frequent headaches and occasional migraines.
Genetics, malnutrition, and bad decisions have fucked me up a bit. Slowly improving a bit with stubbornness tho.

On the real tho I smoke way too many cigarettes
My lungs feel much better since I moved out to Colorado but paradoxically I've been smoking a lot more than I used to
The vape helps but not nearly as much as it used to
I kinda wanna sell it and quit nicotine and tobacco cold-turkey but I'll be damned if I haven't tried a thousand times before
I sure as shit don't want lung cancer or emphysema so something's gotta change

I have some MRI's which show some bad stuff, but I don't focus on it, I try not to let anything slow me down.
I think when (if) I am in my 70's/80's my spine issues might haunt me, but I think I will be fine for a while. I got hit by a car a few years ago and landed on my locked arms, my elbows burn from time to time, the pain radiates through my lower/upper arm. I have an ulcer at the moment which is almost healed, I fixed it myself with proper diet composed of lots of bananas, almonds, ginger tea, and yogurt, doesn't feel so bad anymore.
I am healthy, cardio daily, and lift weights every other day, toned but not ripped, I like all types of food, so will probably never be ripped.
I can't be mentally healthy without exercise, at least something everyday, might just be walking or a few pushups, but gotta do something. I find that exercise helps most of my little aches and pains, but overall I am happy and healthy, and not worried about a thing.

Mostly stuff I was born with, left foot is flat and cracks when I walk sometimes or go down stairs... I'm supposed to wear some corrective boot but my pride only allowed shoe inserts. The flat foot is fucking my left knee up more and more... that's the main thing that's bothersome. I've been using walking sticks when I find them to give some relief. Also born with right ear half deaf, again no hearing aid 'cause pride.
Never broken a major bone tho, maybe something in my hand when I was a mover's assistant and tried to catch a corner of a dresser and it smashed to the floor with my hand in between; weird bumps in there now.
This stuff really just bothers me from time to time tho; or with the weather, so that sometimes I feel like I'm in this Gary Larson cartoon
-------------------- Favorite entheogen experiences in descending order: 1)Combo of oral DMT + smoked Bufotenine 2)Amanita (urine drank twice) 3)Mushrooms > Achuma 16"+cid(still need higher dose Achuma)> Cid (still need high dose) 4)Morning Glory-HBWR (+cumin, cinnamon aldehyde adducts) > Methyl chavicol (need more activators) 5)Salvia (need to try quid)
All readable matter in the above post is ficticious... any similarities to real life are purely coincidental. Blessing.

both my rotator cuff ligaments are torn, the left one more recently and more severely, though it's healed some... i have what i believe to be hypoglycemia, as eating sugar helps 'episodes'. heavy irritability along with some other stuff, and diabetes runs in my family i have migraine disorder, also genetic.
hella tinnitus. i periodically lose hearing and hear a tone, but i hear i high pitched frequency all day every day forever.
heart problems are now starting to set in, atherosclerosis is a likely thang of the future for me. i get heavy chest pain when excercising now, trying to pick up my cardio again to make that better if that's even possible. definitely got high cholesterol. genetic.

My pancreas stopped producing insulin a couple years ago so that's fucked, and will almost certainly lead to other problems down the road, neuropathy, poor eyesight, kidney damage, ect. Also have some digestive issues, never really been a regular pooper. I remember as a kid when I found out most people poop every morning. It blew my mind.
I had never broken a bone before 2016. Then I broke my left fibula in January. Then my right Fibula, talus, and femur, and "burst fractured" the L1 vertebra in June. The ankle and hip hurt sometimes, and probably will forever, but the spine is by far the worst. I'm hoping it will get better, it's been less than half a year and I'm still rebuilding core strength. It will probably suck when I'm old, if I'm old. So, kinda trashed, but could be a lot worse.

If you're eating a low fat diet because of your hypercholesterolemia you will be more prone to wild swings in blood sugar because fat in the diet stabilizes blood sugar.

Yeah, a couple times. It's not uncommon for me to get low. The lowest I've ever tested was in the 30s, but I was at home so I just sat down next to the fridge and drank juice. (80-120 is normal)
The scary incidents have all occurred when I'm hiking. Extreme physical activity will drop my sugar even with little to no insulin in my system. One time I camped out alone on a desolate beach in Costa Rica. Was walking out in the morning, no food left, and started feeling light headed so I tested and was at 60, a couple miles from the park entrance, and a couple more to town from there, so I was kind of worried. Luckily an older American couple came along right then and gave me some fruit. I didn't see anyone else on the trail that day. Really lucky.
Another time I was hiking a 14er by myself here in Colorado. I had been leap frogging this girl and her mother for most of the way. Eventually I let them get ahead so I could enjoy some solitude. I kept getting low, but wasn't too worried because I had brought a lot of sugar. I would stop to eat more and then get low and stop again. Made it to the top. Took a picture for the ladies, had them take one of me, and chatted for a bit. They headed down while I stuck around to contemplate life and such.
I ate the last of my food and started walking back down. It was getting late. There was no one else coming up the trail at that hour. After a few minutes I realized I was really low, and now out of food. I could see the girls ahead of me, but they were a ways ahead, and hypoglycemia makes it difficult to move quickly and with good coordination. Luckily there was snow on the ground so I started kinda jumping down on my heels, it would have been a lot harder to run down the mountain on loose rock. I eventually got close enough to get their attention and they gave me some Gatorade energy chews and a cliff bar.
Now I have these emergency injection things that I plan to bring with me on all of my wilderness excursions. I don't think it's a glucose injection, but maybe a hormone that causes your body to release its own glucose or something like that.

Never passed out from hypoglycemia though. The only diabetic I knew in high school used to with some regularity pass out and need to have orange juice poured down his unconscious throat. So I must be doing something right.
Apart from being in the wilderness where you might die, the second worst time to get low blood sugar is in the middle of sex. I've had to stop abruptly and go eat candy a few times. It really shows just how quickly your body will burn sugars when your working up a sweat.
