Habitat: pnw wa Lawn
Gills: Tan, Dusty grey, black
Stem: Thin hollow doesnt bend snaps readily when fresh 2-3 inches
Cap: up to 1 inch
Spore print color: Black
Bruising: I might be seeing things but the gills in the double mushroom shot almost look like they are bluish/greenish. Other than that I didnt notice any specific bruising.

I'd say they look like Panaeolus papilionaceus. Wait for a trusted identifier

Almost all of the pics of pan pap it has a frilly ruffled edge on the cap not a single one of the specimen I have seen or picked out of my yard has this. But they all have that weird rough cap.

If that is the case I will continue to print them. Also, I would like to add the previous owner had large dogs and my mom's dogs have been out there. But no sign of them growing directly from poo.

That's funny. I call them dog poop musnrooms people don'tike that term. Panaeolus cinctulus are similar. Both active species. I Could be wrong though

I don't care, seems like half of our precious actives grow on or prefer some kind of poo.

They are Panaeolus olivaceus in my opinion, from my experience they seem to be fond of dog turds for some reason.

Sweet! Adds another species to my list this year along with what was probably stuntzii. It looks like they are pretty low in potency, but i don't care.

They are cool you don't see olivaceous too often. The cinctulus are what pagan ladies use in their brew for rituals.

I've always wanted to see them. I had picked a few already and figured they were just cinctulus. Then that one with the nice rings popped up and that was when I had to get the consensus. I was pretty sure with the dogs and macroscopic resemblance. Thanks guys! I've got a couple prints if any one is interested.

Do it. It would be a way to test the hypothesis
