Fruiting question
    #23855735 - 11/21/16 09:26 PM (8 years, 1 month ago)

On the 19th I transfered 4 qts of spawn into 2 different trays. Now these wbs jars were very slow growing they were a g2g from a mother jar that looked healthy. People on the forum suspected bacteria but I went ahead and tried to spawn them so far they look good I peeked in and saw some myc peeking through the top my questions is do I let them consolidate or fruit now? They spawned into coir verm bucket tek

Well I have been seeing some people say to fruit as soon as you spawn to bulk and some say to let them colonize first, that's all I'm asking

It's only been two days.  Your substrate is not fully colonized, so there is nothing to consolidate...yet.  Leave them be for a week, then check their progress.  You will find out soon whether your spawn was clean or not.  Can't really recommend fruiting at spawn,as I don't really know much about the method other than the obvious.
