Positive pressure room question.

So after some embarrassing contamination issues, I've decided to build a positive pressure room for trying to keep my new addiction clean. I have a state legal medical marijuana grow with 6 med sized plants in a 6x6 negative pressure room. I use a 1250cfm centrifugal fan sucking through a 3.5ft phat carbon filter. My question is would the carbon filter be acceptable to keep the air clean as its blown into another room for exaust? It has a dust cover and quite a bit of activated charcoal maybe like 40lbs or more. If extra sanitation is needed, what would be more effective? Ozone? Heppa? What other options are out there? Thank you all for making me see the error of My ways.

U do not need any sort of positive pressure grow room.
Ur contamination had to be from bad spawn, improper moisture content of the substrate, improper faerie, ect.
A flow hood is the only positive pressure equipment u need at most to start

You don't need to be sterile while working with pasteurized substrate and healthy spawn.

I'm not trying to make a grow room just a more sterile place to work. In going to attempt agar. I know that HAS to be clean or its a huge waste of time. I am only trying to make my work area positive pressure. I mean I could do a positive pressure grow room, I'm doing bulk monotubs. Would it be beneficial?

I do all my agar in a sab and it works out fine. It's all about sterile technique and procedures

A properly setup laminar flow hood is going to be the #1 option.
I wouldn't trust a positive pressure room for doing sterile work. Just use a properly made still air box... properly.

This is so ironic. What is pasteurization? It definitely isn't sterilization. Why would you need to be sterile when working with something that isn't sterile lol. The only thing you ever need to be sterile for is spawn/liquids/agar. If you get a contamination, and you did a proper pasteurization/FC, it's always the spawns fault. Even with low FAE, you can blame your spawn.
OP your spawn was fucked. Just because it was white, doesn't mean it was clean. Bacteria is something you gotta get used to seeing, and very rarely do I see a new person spot out common bacteria.

Well I have what is stated above, except a heppa a filter and ozone generator. I'm also looking to set up for the long term. I don't see my self in 3 years using a sab (no offence). If I can get a proper set up now for like $100 ozone generator I would rather get it done properly the first time. Am I on the right track with my way of thinking or am I completely off base? I'm really trying to get set up properly so I can learn properly. I know a flow hood is the best option, but I have to keep negative pressure in my other garden, so why not save money, time, and energy using a waste product for production? Is this a reasonable set up idea?

Definitely not. You need a flowhood, and the filter has to be extremely special. Ozone won't cut it. If you don't like the sab but can't get a flowhood, get a bigger better SAB
And even then, if you have contaminations, work on your spawn dude. You need to have good technique, even with a flowhood, so gotta work on it. It took me a few months at least to confidently do agar.. Yeah also you gotta have clean af agar as well.

I haddnt seen anything about external links in the rules, so I'm assuming this is ok to post here and this is what I'm looking for. If these instructions are followed, would I be on the right track? http://www.fungifun.org/English/Flowhood

Bro... That means there is never a point where you need to be any type of clean... If you are ordering pre made spawn, the cleanest you have to be is flaming your syringe needle...
