Bioshock: Infinite

I haven't been playing much video games lately but I just picked this one up a few days ago because I had a gift card for a video game store.

This game is fucking mind blowing, dude. Video games have become one of the most impressive kinds of art... When I got to the future/past/alternative timeline city where the buildings are floating around on clouds.. whoa! I thought Grand Theft Auto 5 was cool but this blows it away... I've only played 30 minutes of this game but I really like it.

After admiring the art and bizzare concepts I had planned to get this right away but never did.

My PS3 malfunctioned years ago and I just left the gaming alone in favour of reading.

It's on the App Store for Mac so I'll be buying it soon.

As you state, the art in games is becoming profound.  It's going to be interesting to see this type of art come to virtual reality.

It was alright, I just loved the first so much nothing could compare, and I missed Rapture.

Best series ever. Its so great, once you complete it you are gonna be even more mind blown.

Infinite is a sad disappointment in the series. The first one is probably the best and if you have it on steam you automatically get the HD version which was released a few months ago.
I watched one of my friends beat infinite in 12 hours. Short games are extremely depressing.

12 hours seems to be relatively good for AAA releases these days.

Infinite was great in terms of story and aesthetics (which is what I was looking for at the time) but I found that the game play became repetitive very fast.

Yea I have to disagree. One was great, two was great, and Infinite was a perfect bow to tie everything together.

Your looking glass your moons around Jupiter and your navigation tables prove nothing. Your heresy is an affront to the church and to God who made the earth the center of the universe.
Now-All drugs that can expand consciousness are without medical or social justification and anyone who uses them is a criminal. How dare you claim that an understanding of God is to be found in a white powder? This talk of communication with the inner self, the finding of one's way into the hidden reaches of the unconscious, is New Age nonsense and simply an excuse to use dangerous drugs.:callingbullshit:
