Possible cyan contam

So I've been growing a little while now and have multiple different successful grows under my belt. I just cased my first pan cyan Hawaii [m/s inoculation] about three days ago with 50/50 and crushed egg shells to help balance the ph. [didnt have any lime] the sub [1 1/2" deep] consists of past. 40% verm, 5% shredded wheat straw, 40% composted cow manure, 10% gypsum and about 5% coir. I incubated for about two weeks, cased only about 1/8-1/4" and stuck back in incubation for 24 hrs. Dropped the temp over ten degrees, opened up all my FAE...the usual. Everything has seemed to be ok till about two days ago I noticed this. This is my first time growing pans and from my understanding the myc. Appears much weaker and whisper then cubes, but I'm starting to become concerned. Please guys any comments/advice would be much appreciated. Righ now in fruiting she's at 99RH and about 76-77F. I'm debating spraying it with 3% peroxide. What's everyone thinkin.....?

Does not look good IMO. Observe it. It is possible that it turns green soon

Should I try and remove it, and isolate that spot and/or spray peroxide on it? First time dealing with this so any help is much appreciated. Thnx

No peroxide. Peroxide is good for 2 things. Slowing/stopping cobweb and cleaning cut If it's trich, you're screwed. You could try a salt paste. But t me re likely than not.....your screwed

You could use salt. I would wait a few days to be 100% sure that it is trich (I am pretty sure it is). I never used the salt method because I toss everything contaminated.
Salt paste is used if the tub / tray is already fruiting to keep trich at bay.
I know it hurts but I would toss it.

Damn, that blows donkey dick. I wonder what the culprit was. I'm so anal when it comes to cleanliness and proper sterile teks. I'm gonna remove it from my room [i have other monos in there] and literally break the sub in half and hopefully salvage maybe half of it. In my 50/50 casing I added crushed egg shells [cleaned and scrubbed very well] for a PH buffer [def need to get some hydrated lime for future cyan projects]. I'm thinking they might have been the culprit. Has anyone used crushed up egg shells before? Thnx for advice guys. I'll let u kno how it turns out. FUCK ME lol

One and a half inches is way too much casing. You need 1/2 inch max.

90 even in fruiting? Then what would you suggest during colonization? I aim around 87ish/spawn run and 77ish for fruiting. For cyans of course

yeah, i think that using egg shells could be a problem. even a tiny amount of egg white/yolk residue could become a breeding ground for infection. breaking the sub in half might be your best bet. seems like most treatments just slow trich down but don't really eliminate it. and 90F/32C is an acceptable temperature but the ideal range is considered to be between 75F/24C-85F/29C. and if you're dealing with infection you want to keep it towards the lower end of that range.
