What? When? Where? What the fuck?
One of my best friends is infertile, very low sperm count, IVF is an option but he wants to do it himself, pump in the sperm with love to conceive his child.
He asked me for help. I got a knack for pharmacology, I know that the steroid Mesterolone (Proviron) is used in fertility clinics with good effects with people of higher motility, but his is in the category where only 12% gets great sperm motility increase.
They wont give it to him cause he is in the low chance branch but he really wants to do the best he can to get his wife preggo naturally in 2017.
I've discussed with him to change his lifestyle drastically this year. eat healthy, good exercise, cut the beer and weed, good sleep, a great supplement and pharma quality powder Mesterolone straight from my trusted lab in China and a Mesterolone drug ID test to check to boot.
THE 2017 OLYMPICS! My olympics are to lose lots of fat and add lean body mass, his olympics are to get his girlfriend preggo, by getting his sperm count high enough to either do it naturally or by in vivo insemination. No test tubes.
NOTHING IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN PROCREATION.
MEN! WE ARE GOING TO THE OLYMPICS!
FUCK THE DOCTORS IF THEY GET IN YOUR WAY.

I'm having some success by observing a variety of Ramadan...that is, skipping breakfast and lunch.

How old is your friend? Is there any reason he doesn't want to try in vitro fertilization?

The only thing that's successful in doing is depriving your body of nutrients that it needs. Skipping meals isn't healthy.

If you're trying to lose weight, intermitten fasting can be beneficial to some, but just make sure you don't end up starving yourself if you're trying to lose weight, starving yourself will only screw you up more.

I don't believe in skipping meals altogether, but there is surprisingly quite a bit of new evidence to suggest that caloric restriction increases longevity of life.
Anyway, the whole point of not eating during Ramadan isn't for purposes of health or even spirituality. It is to put yourself in the shoes of somebody who is homeless or starving, to feel the hunger that they feel on a constant basis, so that you become more grateful for the simple things in life that you do have like food.

I've experienced increased energy, unlike my student days when missed meals were debilitating.

On weekdays I will often go the whole day without eating, usually 12 hours, I have a huge boost in energy around the 8-10 mark of not eating, but I am consuming green tea/coffee then, so maybe that has something to do with it.
I think many people become overweight because food slows them down, or perhaps the wrong types of food do. Meaning they begin to eat garbage, which slows their mind/body down, and then they become lazy. If I eat something healthy, I feel energized, I also think being healthy has a lot to do with your state of mind, meaning if you eat junk food, then you will become depressed not just because the food is of inferior quality, but because you realize what you just put in yourself.
Many people experience lack of energy and unwarranted hunger, from not drinking enough water. I know if I don't consume water in the morning, I am groggy, and become hungrier earlier in the day, so make sure I have 33 OZ first thing in the morning.
Anyway, sorry to get off topic Asante, congrats on blowing a load in your fried.

Food absolutely does slow you down and decrease drive and make you lazy, especially a full stomach. There's a reason police dogs are always kept half-hungry.

There is something extremely disturbing about you medicating your friend with anabolic steroids for his medical problems. Seriously don't do that.

Yeah its disturbing to yoiu because you doin't have faith in my abilities but listen up. Any fertility clinic worth its salt would prescribe Mesterolone (Proviron) if his sperm count were higher. It is lower, but that doesn't mean it won't work for excactly his condition, which is worsened by a systematic neglect and overtaxing of his system He will do what he can to stop that AND take the fertility enhancing drug Proviron.
It will likely at least increase his sperm count to the point that they can insert his semen in vivo, and maybe even go all natural.
This is his step up to clean up his life, his moderate alcoholism and excessive weed use, crap-for-food and sendentary lifestyle.
AND it will get him a baby.
And I am blessed to be instrumental in that, in bringing this baby to life. Thats a big honor.
Crystal_G dear, he is a Christian, he abhors test tube babies, he believes in sperm meeting the egg in the woman's body.
I was the one introducing him to psychedelics, now I'll be the facilitator of his family.
Its a BIG honor.
We test the Mesterolone with lab tests, use fertility clinic dosing protocols and have his blood work monitored.
This will be the kickj in the butt to clean up his act, not just forb hkis family but maybe to get to watch him grow old.
He's willing to take a hit if it gets him a baby.
This is being an adult, getting the medical care you need even if doctors obstruct.

Right on. I think it's better to eat lightly rather than starve yourself. I mean a week 2 weeks here and there is fine but eventually your body is going to say "hey b I'm fucking starving, I'm going to try to make you use less energy" and it comes to the same effect as a bad diet.

My friend's fertility Mesterolone came in along with the reagents test, it tested positive and a hefty oral dose proved to supply quite an androgen rush.
