Grey Oysters look funky

Hi,
this is my first try to grow some grey oyster mushrooms on pasteurized straw. But for some reason it doesn't look like it should be. Have a look:

(took the picutes at night. At daylight the greenhouse is right besides a window)
The long pins are roughly 5-7 cm long. Through every hole in the see-though bag there is a cluster of pins. The first week it looked really good but since a few days new pins start to form along the side of the old pins.
What is this a sign of?
Short summary of what I did to get this 'result': -Cloned store bought grey oysters to agar -Inoculated rye with it -Pasteurized straw as per RR's video -Spawned the culture and bagged into see-though garbage bags (only thing on hand at the time) with holes on its side -Put them in a cheap tent-green house with an open bottom so Co2 can fall out -After ~2 weeks clusters of pins start to form -Now a week later the old pins stopped growing in size but instead new clusters of pins start to form along the side.

Looks like not enough FAE, medium Co2 for pinning then maximum fresh air. Enclosures need extra devices to regulate good fresh air.
So how much clean air is freely circulating? Else it is bacteria or mutation.

Like ferather said, there is no fresh air whatsoever, these things love air. You gotta get some FAE set up with your greenhouse somehow.

Alright thanks a lot I'll hold the door flap more open. That should do the trick as long as the humidity is kept up, right?

Well it is possible to get mold on a fruit body, but I guess that is your best chance. I would review a method of clean air flow for future use.
Nice bags. Worth +5 for a beginner.

The whole thing is just a trial run to see if it's fun to grow anyway. But thanks for the heads up

Agreed they need more air. If pins are aborting that could be humidity. How much humidity do you have? Oysters like and respond to light, your window might need supplemented with some artificial lights.

Heya short update: the door flap isn't closed anymore but hangs just loosely. That seems to have been the trick. Just harvested ~400 of really tasty oysters And that was just two clusters that were ready. A bunch more seem to be ready to harvest in a few days.
Here are some pictures of the remaining at least somewhat healthy looking clusters:

So thanks for your help

Its now in front of the biggest window in the house. That and additional fresh air has improved alot. So thanks
As for humidity: The greenhouse-tent is misted twice or 3-times a day. But even before its misted there are still un-evaporated water droplets.
