Instead of Mycology

I was really interested in Mycology and Biology even Chemistry a bit. I remember spending nights weeks to months at a time studying mushrooms. Eventually I could not happily enjoy drugs and study the physical world behind them, I had got into too much trouble, I explained to friends my aspirations and dreams of what I wanted to do. But nobody agreed and people kind of ended up "black marking" me; As if im a terrible person and that black marking only brought me troubles and pain. So I decided I will retire my Mycology. Farewell, mystical realm.
I still want to put this energy somewhere else now. Im thinking of taking physics classes and studying light instead. Maybe I will make better things over there.
How ever, I hope the best for your peace of Mind, and may you be more "resourceful" May the darkness not take you over, but may you realize the light.

If they cant accept you for who you are then they are not your friends. Fuck them, you have us.

Studying light is a great idea. But I wouldn't go the route of college classes. You'd be taking the painfully long route to end up with wrong or outdated information. Just go right to the guys themselves: Huygens, Newton, Young, etc. And many experiments you can do yourself nowadays with little more than a laser.
BTW, photons are a figment of the imagination; light exists solely in the form of ligh-waves. I'll bet you anything.
