Are these oyster mushrooms?

After searching high and low for interesting mushrooms in the Bellingham area, I found this in my backyard of all places, growing on a decomposing douglas fir log.
They are very yellow in the gills, but white-ish on the inside. There are several clumps, mostly small "shells" except for one that is hidden under another board that is on the log (see pic below.)
They don't have any unusual or particularly strong smell.
They appear to be some kind of oyster mushroom but they don't really look like pictures I've seen, yet the gills and "feel" of it are like oyster mushrooms I've seen.
They are moist and break cleanly.
It appears they have a white spore print, but the amount of moisture in them seems to make a spore print more difficult than other mushrooms.
This is the big one, kind of hidden:

Clumps. The largest of these "shells" is no more than two inches across. These just started growing a few weeks ago and have steadily been getting bigger.

Close up of a smaller piece cut in half, only an inch long.

I did some more hunting online and think these may be "Pleurotus pulmonarius" - http://www.mushroomexpert.com/pleurotus_pulmonarius.html
These guys say it grows on Aspen logs and even though the colonies I have are growing on a doug fir log, it's in the middle of an aspen grove. They look strikingly similar to:

Looks like they are edible, with a "mild taste" according to the mushroomexpert.com site.
Would still like to know what folks here think though!

I'm new here but have been hunting edibles for many years. Not yet used to making id's from pictures so won't do so but I will tell you that even if those are id'd as Oysters I wouldn't eat them, not sure the cause but they look spoiled, old, contaminated or something.
Fresh, high quality oysters look so darn tasty you want to just eat them off the tree right where you found them and are one of the most beautiful edible mushrooms you'll find, sometimes I feel bad even picking them ...below were photographed today

You found Tapinella panuoides.

Well that explains why they didn't look too appetizing ...you might try seeking out large log piles (as in cut sections of tree trunks) or stump dumps, look at enough of these and I'm pretty sure you'll find your oysters before too long, good luck.
