Might be getting a second job.
    #23842194 - 11/17/16 03:22 PM (7 years, 2 months ago)

Anyone ever worked their ass of like I'm about to do? I've been conditioning my body for it for a couple months now. I've been eating right and juicing as well as taking supplements. I am currently vegetarian transitioning into vegan but won't commit to that until after the holidays.

Have you ever worked two jobs? How'd it go?

Hebrews 11:3
Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
Revelation 3:11
Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.

Worked early bird 6am maybe 5am at a pool being a life guard while working at a car wash in the evening.  That was high school.  Got fired from both jobs.

I really don't want to rely on people and not even profit.  Every place I have worked sucked monkey balls!

You take steroids and are a vegan?  Wtf?

I have but one was part time.  Honestly working more than 50 hours a week just blows.  Having no time to myself it isn't worth living, and makes me miserable.  Maybe you're more of a masochist than me or your jobs are really easy.

Why the fuck would you take steroids as a vegetarian? Are you trying to sabotage your body?

And why would you train for a job.  I have worked with guys who are jacked they are utter pussies when it comes to the type of strength it takes to pull a 14 hour shift busting ass.  Working out in the gym and working a physical job are two different things.  I know guys with beer guts bigger than me that could outwork most people I see coming into the field with a buff body.

If that's the case I juice as well.

I remember and old friend from being kids asking if I could order roids of the net.  Sometimes my silence says everything.  Just allowing people to live with themselves.

The military does that all the time.  Good thing they practice on 3rd world nations.  Just building up muscle for a real war.  Lol!

over the past 15 years or so I have probably had more 70 hr work weeks than 40 hr ones.  I was also diagnosed with adhd and adult adhd and personally believe this is part of the reason I could do it without much problem. I also consistently sleep on average 4hrs a night. I feel sometimes like I was built to work work work and play. The past 2 years though I have slacked off and spent more time at home, now that I got 2 sons it changes my ambitions and intentions of where to spend my energy.

Want some advice? sleep 3hrs at a time 2x a day between jobs. Eat well and often, don't eat big meals 2-3 times a day if it can be avoided, you will be sapped of energy, eat 4-5-6 meals a day if you can.  Drink exclusively water if you can, being awake and active for extra hours a day in the long run of things will slowly deplete your hydration everyday. after a few months you will get headaches and shit if you don't, also helps with stress. Dont stress about coworkers, just do your shit and try not to bitch.

It's all about money to move out of state so the longest I'm going to do it is 2 months tops. After the holidays I'll be working one shit job and transitioning into a vegan diet. I need to quit cigs though and avoid women.

I've done it many times. It sucks. You never end up having a full day off. As the schedules are never that simple. I hated it and won't do it for more than a month tops. What's the point of having all that extra cash if I have no time to enjoy it?

I've worked two jobs a couple times. Always sounded like a good idea, but ultimately it's better to get a salaried type job where you can work maybe 11 hour days and make a good check. Or work at an hourly job that promotes overtime like mad. That way you're getting overtime and not screwing yourself, and your schedules don't conflict. I feel like working two separate jobs at the same time can make you less promotable at both sometimes.

They are both an end to a means. It's very short term and I'm definitely not looking to advance at either place.

Yea. You have to think of the time it takes to commute. Also if you have 2 hours it doesn't feel like you really have down time. An extended break but now I'm lazy and not in work mode. I'd rather pull a 12 hour shift at one job as you'll get 15 minutes to smoke than back to work. 2 jobs suck I'll do it for a month. But I value my free time. I need 2 days off to relax. I've worked months straight and it's emotionally, physically, and mentally exhausting.

I need free time sure I'm making good money but at what cost? It's not like I have time to do the things that do make me happy. Fostering relationships with girls and friends. Spending time with family.
