Question About Quarts of Spawn to Yield Ratio

Simple question regarding if anyone knows how many Ounces could 36 Quart jars of rye grain spawn could yield. Species used would be Pan. Cyan. and rye grain colonized would be mixed with bulk substrate into trays then placed into monotubs that have Perlite on bottom made by the book. Once colonized I would cover with casing layer and introduce fruiting conditions. The tubs will be 3 ft x 1.5 ft.
Anything I missed as far as the process goes for growing? Im using agar inoc. from spore syringe.
If anyone also could estimate the yield that would be great. I know it may differ for a syringe than for cloning and depending on the conditions they will be in.

Another question to add on would be if whether 15 lb of substrate to 36 Qt grain is a decent ratio

ask a magic 8 ball also no one really uses weight for substrate perlite on the bottom of a monotub sounds like a bad idea

yea... sounds dumb perlite doesn't humidify without air moving through it. that's why it's in a SGFC with holes drilled in the bottom and not used in monotubs. what TEK are you following is it from the 90s?

Not following a tek, if you know a great monotub tek link it if you dont mind. I have done the trays within monotubs for a while and all have done well so far
