From what i've read on the net, usual BE is around 10% for reishi (and it's in line with my own grow)
But i seen several post here that make me think some of you get better than that.

And pastywhite grow seemed nice as well https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/19189163
And probably many more i did not see.
Ofc i don't know what amount of sub those mono contained hard to guess the real BE, so if any of the person above want to chime in and give some info about the BE they got, that's cool!

10% may be close. I didn't weigh substrate or wet weight of mushrooms. Sorry

Yea i was getting around 10% dry reishi using the dry substrate weight as the other factor.
2.5 lbs dry sub per invorto bag would yield me around 110-130g dry.

I remember that post, the 10w LED's I got work perfectly by the way. Much richer yellow colour, due to a combination of things.
I am still tempted to try a mixed spectrum.

2g makes about 1oz tincture which lasts 1-2 weeks-Grower
I was thinking that if you have a 1:1 tincture and dosage was 3 gram daily you would take 3 gram tincture. What am missing or not understanding?

Ok so you have 5Lbs bags we can imagine half of that is moisture? 1250 gr dry sub
then you expect at most 150gr dry by bag let's say reishi is 80% water that would be 750g wet
that would give around 60% BE
seems a lot above usual numbers Did i got that right?

Reishi are tough and well they just aren't anything like other mushrooms. Moisture of the mushroom is much lower. I'm talking antlers perhaps conks are higher moisture.
