Shroomie Garden Inspiration -- Wavy Caps in the November Rain 1

Its with happiness and not without pride that I show you something nice: Psilocybe cyanescens muchrooms, in the moss, in a moist corner of my garden.

They were grown using initially my own brand of conventional shroom growing and afterward to enrich the substrate my gobsmacking yet effective technique of direct-fresh-mushroom-to-woodchips that is very useful for mushroom hunters known as the Woodlover Smoothie TEK

Photos courtesy of my oldest lifelong friend, who suffers ALS in an advanced stage. I hope he'll see my next harvest but, time is ticking away mercilessly. Here's to you my beloved friend

It was raining at the moment, a cold november, the caps glisten with moisture. The caps are beautiful caramel with some bruising as you see.
My friends, yet another year, I take care of the shroom needs of my closest tripping friends and me with my labor of love that started in 2006, ten years ago, and showed its first shrooms that season, and for the past ten years the bed has been propagated with garden techniques, NO lab work was done.
Thank you Anno of days bygone for inspiring me to do this. Thank you Shroomery Sponsors for empowering me.
Ten years, and not a year without lovely cyans ever since
Sooo... Grow!

Right on . I've seen your woodlover smoothie tek before and when you originally planted those in your garden/yard.
Have you had to place more woodchips/substrate in those 10 years?
How often do you take mushrooms?

I usually add woodchips every 2 to 3 years. I take shrooms about once every few months so it will last some time.
Look at that guys, 12 grams of fresh wavy caps. My buddy came fetch them during my MXE session so he could show his eastern european girlfriend who is very much into hunting edibles and recently had her first shrooms - to show her for determination purposes.
They'll take a lil trip on them later.
