In my experience, the fresh ones go down much easier than the dry ones... they don't flake off and stick to your molars, and its much easier just to chew chew chew and gulp them down. I'd recommend having a large glass of orange juice, and just eating them as quick as you can.

Drop 'em in a blender with a splash of fruit juice and let her whirl for half a minute or so. Drink slowly over a twenty minutes or so. I actually prefer a very strong tea to fruit juice, along with a touch of honey or sugar. The tea gets a very strong earthy flavor, but doesn't really taste like the raw fruit. Try a little bit first to make sure you can take the taste before blending in everything.

It has been a long time since I have done this, but I don't recall getting a lot of foam from the blend. I tended to use very little liquid (less to drink down) and then I would add a bit more to rinse out the blender. Try adding a drop or two (literally) of vegetable oil before the blend and see if that helps keep the foam away.

if you have to munch them without any juice-based assistance, try holding your nose while you chew, this will stop 80% of the taste. In fact, this works even with the juice. You'll realise that most of what you "taste" is actually experienced by your sense of smell. No nose= less taste. You have to keep the nose closed for a little while after you've swallowed it down though.

- dry 'em in a drawer on some sheets of paper. - When they have dried; cut them, cut them, cut them till it's nothing but powder. - prepare some soup in the microwave or so; after that, let the soup cool a bit. - then add the powder, and stir your ass off, for like 5 minutes. - Eat the soup. - Enjoy !
