Anyone Ever Try Psilocybin Alcohol

I was doing research into the extraction of alkaloids through high ethanol alcohol, and was interested to see if anyone has attempted or had the psilocybin extracted into pretty high concentrations. Would making an extract into a dripping form that is potent enough to get a good trip off a few drops?
If you have had this experience or know about it shoot a comment!

I don't know if you saw my other thread but I literally just tried this with my girlfriend but we've not done a proper dose just testing a small amount, I would like to hear others experiences with tinctures aswell.

I soaked liberty caps in vodka for quite a while and tried a small amount. It had very mild effects. I find alcohol kills a trip generally, whether it's psilocybin or LSD. I still have some of that mushroom vodka and a big jar full of mushies in vodka that Iv'e had for years but I think if I do use those I will simmer them with water to evaporate the alcohol off first.
I remember coming back from north wales after picking and eating fresh liberty caps there all day once, and drank some 70% absinthe in the car coming home which was quite an experience for maybe 20 minutes but then soon it had dampened the trip and brought me back down. I tend to avoid alcohol if I'm tripping because of it's trip killing effects.

The main reason that nausea occurs because psychedelics activate serotonin receptors including those in the gut.

I do believe nausea is a bodily reaction to taking in fungi material more so than serotonin, i dont think your body can digest it. Also, Serotonin is not a huge player in mushrooms affects, thought it may slightly.

Yes serotonin receptors are the main source of effects.
All true psychedelics are serotonergic. Thats how they work.
Google 5ht2a receptor agonist.
Why do other psychedelics other than shrooms like mescaline cause nausea?
Even psyhces that arent well known for nausea can cause nausea like LSD.
I never get nausea from mushrooms besides shrooms.

Shrooms main source of effects is Psilocin, which is psilocybin in the blood, it is serotonergic but different from serotonin which is why we 'trip' because psilocin is binding where serotonin is normally accepted. Im not saying there are not different serotonins in the shrooms (at least some shrooms) but it is not the 'main' cause.

Psilocin is not "psilocybin in the blood" psilocybin is metabolized into psilocin but psilocin exists in many species of mushrooms aswell as psilocybin.
What im saying is that shrooms make you trip because psilocin is serotonergic. Not that it is serotonin in the mushrooms making you trip. I NEVER said that
You said it was fungus tissue that gibes you nausea and im saying its psilocin agonizing serotonin receptors in the gut.
"Different serotonins" serotonin is 5-hydroxytryptamine. It is that one organic compound. No other compound is serotonin.

That, the chitin, and sensory distortion can all induce nausea.

I can confirm I did a psilocybin extraction with alcohol and there was plenty of nausea.
