Finding time for a nice LSD trip is hard these days 5

Anybody else find it really difficult finding a window of free time to trip in nowadays?
Between work, which consumes five days a week, and obligations on the weekends -- whether it be family or friends or you name it -- it's just really difficult to pull off it seems.
I mean basically I need a full day of being completely free and cut off from the world for the trip itself, and then the following day preferably for recovery.
It's hard, man.

yes, LSD especially is a hassle I find as I really need about 3 empty days to do it properly, a day beforehand to sort of chill out, a day to trip and a day to recover. Ideally at my friend's place (forested 10 acres with lots of animals, wild and pets, donkeys, a parrot, a pig etc)
so for that to happen we need to both be free for 3 days, and have the place empty for at least the central day of tripping. Seems to work out to about 2 acid trips a year in this fashion
4-aco-MET on the other hand, usually only 5-6hrs, is much easier to slip in I've found. Acid's long duration usually turns me off the prospect

Amen. I'm working like 55-60 hours a week with tons of OT at home but still. Plus with a kid.. Have some 1P tabs that have been chilling in the freezer for a year or so waiting for a rainy day.. It never rains in Socal. Except the day after I detail my car, everytime. But yeah I'm lucky if I can find a day or two a year

The way I see it, wut psychedelics try to teach us, ure doing it. To work, to be with our loved ones, to be generally good people, that's what's it's all about man..
With that said, 1 or two days out of the year is all I need, if not this year, then maybe the next, but it's gonna happen.. Either way I ain't in no rush.. Cuz I'm content for the most part, thanks in large due to my psychedelic use specifically shrooms and teh cacti.. And weed.. Kinduff..

I usually have a one night window per month . Often that night is not a good night.

Mushrooms are better anyway. I haven't tripped in a while now because I am too busy/lazy/unsterile. I don't even really buy weed anymore because I so rarely have an hour I want to waste driving out, making small talk, and then coming back home. It's really quite a change from a couple years ago where I could sit around smoke and play video games all day, trip, then sleep into the next day. At least with my current lifestyle I have something to show for it.

Well even if (and I disagree btw, I think they're about even...both are phenomenal), the same still applies. Yeah a mush trip is shorter -- but I still basically need at least a full day in which I'm cut off from the outside world. It's not like I could trip off mushrooms and then have something scheduled later on in the day.
Dropping acid and eating mushrooms...it ain't like smoking a joint after a long day at work. It's not something I can do on a whim.

Yeah I feel the same way niff. Working 40-50 hours a week and I rarely have time on the weekends. I'm usually out partying or hanging out with the current girl I'm dating (who doesn't trip)

I have the same problem with mushrooms, but coupled with the undeniable urge to take them outside, the weather has to to be fine as well.
Living in the Netherlands, this proves to be a challenge.

Getting old blows, not doubt. With all my hair thinning and starting to turn grey, weird pains and having injuries last longer, decreased energy, BUT little to no time to trip is killing me the most. Ya just gotta get lifted to get grounded again a nom sayin. Ive been going 50ug trips lately so I don't have to go for a full ride
I have some dosed candy that has been in the freezer for almost 2 years. I stocked up on a ton of paper a while back thinking it would last me a few years the way I used to eat L, now its looking like ill be set for life.
I used to be this
