I can't see anything.  Sterilized grain should not sprout. I think there was a seed or something in your substrate that survived the pasteurization/hydration. What substrate do you use?

Ive had mycena shroomies pop up in my orissa india tubs pasty pointed it out for what it was but i was like wowzer what big mushrooms i have haha

It's funny that OP posted this, as I recently had a tub where I had accidentally allowed a seed to fall into the substrate while I was spawning it.
I pulled it out when I saw it had germinated. Me and the wife laughed about it for a few days... "The little seed that could..."

They do that in manure grows sometimes as they can survive the pasturizing temps

Thats when i was using that miracle grow hydrate for casing and using my microwave to sterilize it pasty said leave that for the burritos haha .. but i also use hpoo so could of been both... thats crazy they can survive like that
