No senses?

So i was thinking the other day, imagine being born with no senses (sight, hearing, touch, smell and taste). Would you still have a concept of reality? What would thinking be like? What would it be like to be here with nothing to measure it or perceive it? What would that concept of reality be like, would the brain start making its own stimuli?

Assuming the brain is working fine apart from the lack of senses and consciousness is present, i wonder if that consciousness would have a concept of individuality, space, time like you said It would have no boundries between the external because there is no concept of the external thus raising even more questions

It's an interesting concept, and I think it could lead to an interesting discussion.
I just want to add that humans actually have many more than just the five main senses.
Psychologists do not agree on the exact number, but they all agree that it's somewhere between nineteen and twenty-one. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sense#Non-traditional_senses
One of these is the sense of pain. A person with no experience of sensation would be without a concept of pain.
Another is the sense provided by our pulmonary stretch receptors, which allow us to control our respiratory rate. A person with no senses might require artificial respiration to survive.
The perception of the passage of time is not a specific sensory perception, but rather "A highly distributed system involving the cerebral cortex, cerebellum and basal ganglia. One particular component, the suprachiasmatic nucleus, is responsible for the circadian (or daily) rhythm, while other cell clusters appear to be capable of shorter-range (ultradian) timekeeping." Which means that it's possible that a person who is born without sensory perception would still have a concept of the passage of time, though it would be much different from that of a normal person.
While a person who does not experience sensory perception would appear to fit the definition of being comatose, as they would be unable to feel, speak, hear, or move, they would not fit the more specific technical definition of the word, which requires a lack of activity in the cerebral cortex, the reticular activating system, or both. This means that they might be able to exhibit the final activity that must be lacking to be considered comatose, a wake-sleep cycle, which would have to be monitored with the use of an EEG. This means that a person who does not experience sensory perception could be considered conscious, and that they might be able to dream. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coma

I would imagine the brain would be in a permanent dream-like state. Imagine the time you spend after falling asleep and before waking up. I imagine that would closely resemble a state where you have no senses.
Now, their dreams would obviously be quite different because we often dream about situations resembling real life. We often dream scenarios that would be somewhat possible with our current understanding of the laws of physics.
However, this concious brain wouldn't have any concept of life or reality, and thus would be making up an entire world not based on anything real. Hell, the brain is not aware it has senses and thus the reality it would create would be 100% real to it, not knowing anything different.
Maybe we are a brain without senses and we made all of this shit up, it's possible, you would never be able to tell. How do you differentiate between a dream and reality?
I must say that I find this thought quite frightening. Imagine if you actually were such a concious entity, and people would be able to observe and even manipulate you. It's quite scary.
