Consequences of a Panic Atack on Shrooms
    #23827987 - 11/13/16 05:36 AM (7 years, 3 months ago)

Took shrooms 2,5-3g .
Panicked on the comeup due to the situation in the moment , way to overwhelming and chaotic and stressfull.

Since that day i have never come down , i am still in the high .
My reality is shroomerish , a reality realer than ours , i am not really i side my body , brain .
Constant neck/head pressure 24/7 .

I really am messed up but what i cant understand is that they have left me capable of thinking , talking but not really quite centered and connected.

I have tripped again since that and didnt even feel the effects on 2.5g .

I am isolated , cant really go outside because i shame on me and people also see it that something isnt correct. My eyes are watery , i have tunnel vision and i cant really use my brain to modify reality .

What would you do in such a position ?

I have been to a ward .... , to psychiatrists .... all havnt helped.
I am now looking into shamanic healing , homeopathic ways .

I have also thought about going big on 5g but i wouldnt know if it would reset me or fuck it up more wich is rare to me .

Peace

I had the same issue after having a horrific trip on LSD; i felt a pressure in my head, the mild visuals and the feeling that something wasnt right for months until i had my next trip (luckily a good one) and after that i felt back to normal.

It sounds like the mushrooms have stripped you of your ego and left you humbled. Ego is the illusion we have of ourselves rather than who we actually are. Spirit is what is left behind after ego is stripped away.
Maybe how the mushrooms have left you is a good opportunity for you to regain confidence in a new way, a lasting way. If you can, you should face your fears (going and talking to people outside etc) and in that way conquer those fears.

The way I see ego is that ego or ego's are like a piece of clothing we can wear to help with certain situations. Maybe try to wear an ego of a confident character when you interact with people out there.

You will be ok OP, you just need to work through this thing and learn the lessons it is trying to teach you. Mushrooms don't mean you any harm but they often want to teach us things and heal us if we are ready for it. You are a lot stronger than you think, so use your own willpower to get back to normal. Know that you will get back to normal, and you will return to normal. Don't doubt yourself.

You have been saying this for a while now. Doctors should give you a medication too slow down your racing thoughts. Try sleeping alot. Don't do any more psychedelics. Time will heal this. Your brain will get used to this new state your in and adapt. You may be forever changed , but you will adapt .

Yes its not my forst post about this.
I got medication wich didnt help.

I have seen many doctors without success.
The thing is i still see the world ligh in a shroom trip and my thoughts are also if i was high on them.
Its been a year since the trip.
I completely isolated because i dont see other way , i am not even attached to the ground , something is not working correctly..
I wont get even high from weed anymore , i am stucked in my head .
I thought it was gonna repair by itself but it hasnt after that long time so i am seeking other help.

It truly has fucked my life up , i cant do anything touside because people will look at me and i am not imagining that.
I have still not come down from that trip and i dont remember anything new after that trip.
It has been a awfull year and its being it now.

I dont know if a 5g trip would bring me back to normal ...

Peace

I have the same feeling. How long has it been since your trip?

That's a crazy predicament. I would advise against the 5 gram trip .  It maybe I'm wrong to say that.
I hope you feel better soon.

I agree, I think the only way to deal with this is while sober. That's what I'm doing.

Sometimes, I view life like a jig saw puzzle. You're born with the pieces given to you (environmental, financial, geographical, genetics, etc.), and throughout life, additional pieces are given to you or you discover them yourself. All pieces you put together in your own mind which makes up life and the foundation on which you live. Mushrooms take that puzzle and flip the table over, scattering the pieces everywhere, leaving you to put the pieces back together, or to integrate the experience. Some times it takes more time to put the pieces back in the correct place, some rearranging must be done to assure the puzzle will look complete or somewhat like an image or what you call your life. the pieces are still there as the mushroom doesn't add or take anything from you, just change the way you put your puzzle back together and continue on with life. Though there may be an infinite number of pieces, the ones you choose to include in your puzzle shapes who you are as a human. Ramble ramble

I feel if you're stable in life with all your shit stacked in a row, all your emotional baggage checked in at the door, holes in your boat are plugged and your cruisin' through life, the psychedelic experience can be a wonderful tool. Until then, some people need to work on them selves a bit before diving into the rabbit hole.

OP, I feel you. I started young and have forever been changed by my first mushroom experience. They can shake you to your core, tuning you up to a higher frequency that people used to live for thousands of years. They are part of you and you are part of them, however small of an amount. Good luck, you'll be fine. Lay off the psyches until you feel you're ready to jump in the waters. It may take years more, or never again.

Just my opinion.

I really don't think you should do any drugs while you recover. Some people have latent mental illnesses that are brought to the surface through taking psychedelics or smoking weed, and tragically it sounds to me like that has happened to you.

I really hope you recover soon and your life gets better. I know this isn't your first post on this forum, so I've got some idea of your story.

I think time and medication and professional help is your best bet at this point -- and even if those things don't work, taking more drugs or pseudoscientific naturopath/shamanic healers isn't the way forward.

Mushrooms are not for everyone. Don't take them again. You need to be grounded so as your thoughts won't take you away into a fantasy world. Yoga can help. The more hardcore the better. Ashtanga yoga would suit a young person like yourself if you are up to the challenge.

Using the muscles in your body as you alternate between tension and relaxation with the in and out breath will purify your mind and body. Better for you to take action now than to talk about it. Often trauma spurs us on to take a new path. Good luck and I wish you well.
