Ive never done brf but I dont think it will based on the fact thats its purpose is basically a filter..
But you should do agar->grain

if its thick (and dry like it should be) i would say probably not. if u have open holes on ur lid, as per the standard PF TEK, then chances are even more slim
just use a grain jar lid (filtered GE hole) and no verm layer, and it will definitely work.

i have about half inch of verm and glass with alu foil. Should i try to transfer agar deeper into the BRF mix?

ummm maybe? if u do that, worst that will happen is mold will hit the uncolonized parts of the agar and grow from there, or ride in while ur digging. if that happens, it should be obvious within a week that its contaminated.
i would start over personally. use real lids, like metal or plastic. even salsa or jam jars and their lids.

If I was to go agar to brf I would take a syringe full of sterile water and squirt the water into the agar plate to dislodge the myc and then suck it back up into the syringe. Then inoculate the brf jars normally

Yeah that or a blenderless LI and use a syringe to inject the LI just like you would spore solution.

ive spend months cleaning agar so i would like to keep my mycelium... and i dont have more spores... whats the best thing i can do now? Isnt agar to cake normal way to do it?
Maybe it will penetrate and develop and everything will be ok?

Agar to grain is normal. Agar to cake is not practical because of the dry vermiculite layer (if you use PF tek). As the others said you can make an LI or LC and inoculate with this. you can poke through the dry verm layer with a syringe.
Why don't you use grain? Do you have a PC? It seems like you have one because of the agar. Better to work with grain than BRF cakes IMO.

myc wont grow through dry verm, agar is pretty much pointless with pf-tek IMO, pf-tek is fool proof enough as it is so just use spore syringes.

If I were to do this I'd use quart pp5 plastic jars with wide mouth and filtered lids. Fill the bottles a little less than half with the PF mix and don't add the dry verm layer. Then use your agar culture to make an LI and pour it into the bottles.
Then you can choose between growing the cakes invitro in the bottles or taking them out of the bottles to fruit them normally in a SGFC.
