Not sure what a case is, but your substrate looks good as it has mushrooms growing on it.  Whatever you're doing, or not doing, keep doing it.  Nice work!  If you would like suggestions on how to improve your grow, maybe provide a little information about it, and a better picture.  For example, what's your temp?  What's your substrate and casing layer made of?  Lighting?  ect.....

Cool deal.  Much better pics, thanks.  I don't have the best eye for substrates yet, but it appears as if everything is in order.  I don't see any signs of contamination.  Temperature is good.  FAE must be good as the sub is pinning like a mother fucker. Humidity levels seem ok too despite your reading of 80% humidity.  How are you getting that number?  Did you use a casing layer?  Window light is sufficient.  Good job, man!  Definitely post some pics near harvest time.

Also, I remember a senior member telling me that tear drop-shaped pins and brown stripes running vertically down the stems indicate that your substrate is a little too wet.  I see that going on with yours.  Maybe you mixed too much water with your substrate, and or you are misting too much.  He/she did not elaborate on if this is a major issue, or list problems that it could lead to.  I would say if you're misting, lighten up on it, or stop completely, a least for a few days.  Otherwise, there is not much you can really do about it at this point.  I wouldn't worry, just something to keep in mind.

Is your humidity/temp gauge digital?  If that's the case, you will never get an accurate humidity reading. Even if you spend $300 or whatever on one.  Fine for temperature though.  For your sake, refer to your substrate as a substrate, and not a "case".  A casing layer is something you put on top of your substrate to help keep it hydrated.  Improper terminology is confusing and will leave you open to "noobie rage" or will be completely ignored from a lot of the members on this forum.

No need to even worry about humidity. Your surface has drops on it right? That's what you want.

:whathesaid:

Mushrooms aren't growing in the air...They're growing down at the substrate level. Humidity at the substrate level is what you should worry about.
If you have droplets-all is well...

If you have droplets that are so large that they look as if they are about to burst, than you have room to up the Fresh Air (the MOST important thing to a fruiting body). From the looks of your substrate-I would say that you are on the right track.
