Neverending Psilocybe Serbica 2

I went to the woods today and found out once again that the path of Ps. Serbica discussed here is way bigger than previously thought. It goes along the forest path for about 100m. I was again in a hurry and left many shrooms behind. Upon leaving I noticed two more spots down the forest path but I had to catch the bus and ignored them heartbroken. We're also expecting snow so I'm really sorry for them. But this time I shot more pics
Habitat:

Happy family

Set for drying

Awesome pictures! I would love to hunt in a hardwood habitat like that.

P. serbica var. bohemica has a caramel-brown cap and is umbonate and generally does not have a wavy margin in age, P. serbica var. moravica has an orange-brown to reddish-brown cap, is generally not umbonate and the margin can become wavy with age and the lamellae are broadly ventricose and tinged grey with age.

Are there variations of the same species (can they breed with one another) or should they be classified as different species?

I get it. Thanks. If so, do you agree that this is actually moravica ? Also, do you know a source where I could read about these variations more ?

They are variations of the same species, before DNA sequencing these were all described as distinct species due to differences in macroscopic and microscopic characteristics, since then DNA sequencing has shown that they are all varieties of Psilocybe serbica, I beleive they can all breed with each other. ...so P. moravica P. moravica var. sternberkiana P. arcana P. bohemica
Are now known as and have been published as, P. serbica var. moravica P. serbica f. sternberkiana P. serbica var. arcana P. serbica var. bohemica
See... Molecular phylogeny of Psilocybe cyanescens complex in Europe, with reference to the position of the secotioid Weraroa novae-zelandiae (Borovička 2010).

Looks like a beautiful path, even without the mushrooms. Amazing number of fruits and great pics.

I have got but few this year. They have just started to grow and then the frost came and a bit of snow. Congratulations once again my friend.

Beautiful pix reppc
This is how my cultivated patch looks. I was told these were var moravica as well. These flattened out with age and curved.
