If any of you aren't aware, Epic Game Store releases free games like every week or something. This week it's Faeria and Assassin's Creed Syndicate.

I'm not playing anything atm. Too busy and distracted. But Shadow Tactics was my favorite game over the holidays.

What are your top 3 platformers in any order?

1. Kid Chameleon

2. Mario Brothers (All are good. If I had to pick it would either be #2 or #3 for NES)

3. Castelvania

Cuphead is the prettiest. Too hard though.
The honorable mention for modern games goes to Celeste.

-----------------------------------
I'm playing "Link's Awakening" on the Switch. It's a really good game. A lot of times they don't guide you, give you hints, or explain where to go next. Without going online for help the game would be extremely time consuming. Some parts in the game have you lifting a plant to find a hidden  entrance. Without direction you would have to lift every plant in the game until you found it.

I'm about to beat that game soon and then I'm going to try "Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze." I'm not too big into platformers besides Mario Bros, but this looks fun and pretty too.

1. Mark of The Ninja

2. Super Meat Boy

3. Fez

I have Cuphead too, but that shit is crazy, and I don't have a controller atm. Feel like you really need one. Really appreciate the art style though. Hollow Knight is pretty dope too. Platformers are awesome. Too many to name now, imo. Plenty of good ones.

Cool! Thanks for the reply. I have heard of Meat Boy and Fez, not the other one. I'll have to try these out soon.

Let's here some more replies please!

Yeah, check it out. :yesnod:

Forgot about this one:

Ori and The Blind Forest.

You should definitely check out that one too, if you haven't heard of it.

This made me laugh and I don't listen to him when hungover, it is to much.  Like more than walkthroughs as I get to lazy and fucked up to figure out the puzzles in it but is more interesting to see how he does it.

Strange how irritating he can be at times and others times I makes me laugh.  Think it depends on the caffeine intake.

Makes me laugh the one on the dark web how much time he spent on it and couldn't finish it and said I have wasted so much time on this games, had like 6 episodes, don't worry, not a documentary, but at the last episode he spent another 4 plus hours on it and finally thought he had it figured it out, but nope.

4 and a half hours, lol.  And that level of frustration and hatred of the developers made me laugh.  Watch the ending of it, you will laugh.

So I just looked up on youtube the three different endings.  I just don't fuck with the darkweb.  To each their own and know those that are in it will laugh at this game.

I sold "Link's Awakening," "Luigi 3," and "Mario U Deluxe" I didn't finish Mario, but got to a point that was too frustrating so to Ebay it went. On the other 2 I got to the last boss and then got bored so I tossed them.

I got "Super Smash Bros" and "Donkey Kong Tropical." Playing Donkey Kong now it is really awesome!! I haven't played a Donkey Kong since SNES I think. Fun times

Finally got my Gaming PC assembled. Damn it feels good that it runs smooth!

Just played Cyrsis 1 on Full Settings. It was so beautiful. So magical.

About to play Halo Collection once the update finishes.

Was it hard to put together LC? Ive always wanted to do that just to say I did and I think they look pretty sweet. How much does one normally run? I feel like I’m inclined enough to do most things in that field but I’ve always wondered if they came like bigger pieces that just snap together or am I gonna have to solder tiny shit and what not. I shake so much I can’t even blow simple pieces of glass so I know messing with a circuit board would be too much.

Sorta. I have experience with building them from the past, so Im kinda used to building them.

However, it seems these newer motherboards are easier to work with. Very intelligently designed.

I forgot to mark the time, but it took me about 1-2 hours to swap out my old motherboard, insert the ASUS X79 Deluxe The hardest part was moving my Hard Drives around in my computer to fit the massive techno-brick video card.

If you want, I can teach you how to build a custom PC.

Alright I may take you up on that offer sometime down the road. I don’t have any need for one atm nor do I really have the time to focus on it right now. However, the next time I need to get a new computer that’s what I’ll be doing.

Been playing almost exclusively ARAM on league of legends.

Ya know the idea was that I could do silly stupid shit there and it didn't matter. Somehow came to be in the top 2% of ARAM players in North America. That's like the top percentile of diamond if it were ranked.

I also have a very high honor rating so the people I'm playing with are the best. Extremely skilled but gentlemanly too so every game is fun trying to outsmart each other. In a playful way, of course. The game is so much funner in this little niche I find myself in.

And, most importantly, people at this level of play don't much bitch about RNG. Play 1200 games of ARAM at a high level and you understand that playstyle can deal with most any stroke of fate.
