Is FFXV any good? I've only played one. I think it was number 10 or 11 on the PS2. I mostly play RPG type games, but for some reason I always pass right by the FF games.
I'm still playing the new Road Rash game. I might try to find a new game to play tonight.

South Park stick of truth. It's pretty fun and funny. Simple and good. Kind of reminds me of a Lego game.
Anybody try Monster Hunter? I might get that next week if it has good reviews

Monster Hunter World? Yes. It's fantastic. Both offline and on. The constant updates are great and there is damn near infinite replayability. Get a solid squad together and the feeling is almost unbeatable. And I've never touched any of the other 20 or so monster hunter games.

Basically exactly what he said. Im not the strongest melee gamer but theres an ability to get others in your quests for hard monsters. Tons of really cool weapons that you can upgrade a bunch. Ive never played Monster Hunter til this one and didnt even really want to get it. My buddy talked me into it and ive been playing it more then anything this last month or two.

It also scales to how many players you have. Well kinda. If you are alone the monster is easier. If you have 2 to 4 teammates it's harder. They haven't made it to where 1 2 3 or 4 players have their own difficulty. It's either alone or not. So bringing people in isn't always gonna help. Some.mlmsters are easier without people messing it up haha
But yeah there have been dozens of these games. Western gamers didn't catch on that much until this MH. And this one sold very well. I haven't been on in a long time but I highly recommend it. If you are on ps4 let me know when you get it and we can team up. It helps to have someone explain it because the game is kinda overwhelming at times. Alot of things aren't explained very well.

Horizon was fantastic as well! Story says top tier goodness. So many good games right now. Nice segue into the Monster Hunter/Horizon content too. Playing as Alloy with a little metal Watcher as a helper was awesome. The Devil May Cry content was awesome as well. Dante has always been my favorite.

I'm back to giving no mans sky a chance with this latest release of NEXT. I gotta say, after the clusterfuck that was release on that game they definitely have made a toonnnnnnn of improvements. It's finally at least a proper game now. However if you didn't like the play style of it before, you wont like it now. Its still basically just an exploration fest, but at least there is base building, large frigates, and quests to do.
Also still playing Rimworld. I can't ever seem to fully tire of this game. I always come back even after long breaks. Something about turning my enemies into human leather couches and hats thats appealing... hmmm.

I had huge hopes for No Mans sky and wasn't as disappointed as most when it launched. It wasn't great but now it's way better.
Has anyone seen that 500 million Special Anniversary PS4 Pro? I hate myself for wanting it as bad as I do.

@Tantrika I LOVE Tomb Raider. I seriously can’t wait for Shadow of the Tomb Raider to come out! It’s just too bad Rhianna Pratchett isn’t involved in this one. Have you read any of the comics for the Survivor timeline? They really add a lot to the story and helps explain happens between games and things like why Sam is suddenly out of the picture. There is also a book, ten thousand immortals or something, Anyways, highly recommend both the comics and the book.
