The first time I inoculated I was too slow, so only one of my jars grew at all 4 points, since then I've picked up on speed and I shake the syringe before every other jar. Is it a commercial syringe?

Don't expect every single spore to germinate.
I used some PF Classic syringes that was black from spores, and i still see a lot of them on the glass which is not germinated.

If you have growth be happy. No worries.

No, made it myself from a print I took.
