I appreciate a lot of information all of you here. I waited a week after full colonized and dunked 24hours. then i tried to roll it but my piece of vermiculite are big so i couldn't roll it well. Vermiculite didn't stick to the cake. and my fruiting chamber doesn't keep humidity. it around 70-80% Should i use coffee grinder to grind vermiculite and dunk and roll it again? or can i continue to look and spray it? If so how much should i sprayed it to rise up humidity? a lot a time? The pictures are after 2days moved to fruiting chamber. looks not healthy? looks black place is rest of vermiculite that didn't stick well. I need your advice. Thanks in advance.

Your verm is way too big. I'd rinse those boys again, and try to maybe hit the verm with a blender?
Also you don't need to do a dub-tub for what your doing, you're losing all your humidity that way. Get rid of the top tub and drill holes in the lid for the bottom. That's how a proper SGFC works.
Your cakes look a little crumbly. Did you have a hard time getting them out of the jars?
Also, I've read that hydrometer is useless in this hobby. It might not even be calibrated. If you build your SGFC to proper specs. You'll get the humidity you need.
You also need more holes. Drill them two inches apart on all sides of the chamber.

Thanks for your advice. i didn't get a few things. I'd rinse those boys again. Means dunked 24 hours again and rolled it with more powderish of vermiculite? I made holes 1/4inch every 2inch 6 side. you mean that i shouldn't use 2 tub but use lid for the top? sorry tell me again please

You don't want your roll verm to be too powdery. In my opinion it looks even too big to use for decent cakes. If you put the coarse stuff in a blender, you might be able to pulse it a couple times to break it up a bit.
You don't need the second tub on to at all. Just use the lid with holes in it.

Maybe thats why my cake looks crumbly? it wasn't hard to getting it from jar. Just when i showered it after dunking, it became like this. Should i dunk 24 hours again? before i roll it with powder vermiculite

because my tub doesn't have height. so i made it double. Is it better to use only one tub with lid? I don't have idea what is difference between 1 tub with lid and double tub. but i'm sure always better to follow experienced person. Thanks.

Is English your first language?
A single tub is high enough for cakes those size.
Get rid of the second, and put the lid back on with holes in it.
I don't want to disappoint you, but even if you rinse those boys and put proper verm on them. I don't see them fruiting well. The mycelium to nutrient level is going to be way off.
Give it a go, see what they do. Try again.
The best virtue in this hobby is patience.
