Hey guys, a few of my plates are getting these little droplets of milky yellow water. Could this be from condensation or what?! I'll post pics later today!

likely bacteria. If really yellow, could be yeast.

Well I'm trying to figure out if it's something growing, or just water droplets.. but yes I will be trying to isolate a strain. I'm also very excited to make a liquid inoculant! Made the blender jar last night.

Always a good idea to transfer if you are in doubt.

Are these brand new plates you made without having put anything (e.g. spores, tissue) in them yet?

It's on plates with tissue and ms innoculant. They are a few weeks old. The liquid just wipes right off the agar. Doesn't seem to be growing at all
