Okay is there a certain type of Petri dish I need to get. I am looking on e say and there is a stack of 20 plastic 60mm petri's for $4.99, but it says"TC", says not treated. Does that matter?

Shaking them up and waiting a few days longer is not that complicated.
early on you were asked

The Mycologist said: It depends, how did you inoculate the wbs? If with agar then you should be good to go.
this was really asking if you inoculated the WBS with spores direct from a spore syringe, or if you had first put spores on agar and grown them out and confirmed they were clean.
Your subsequent posts would suggest you injected spores, A.K.A. MS, multispore. Many cautiously presume that all spore syringes are contaminated and so strongly recommend you "clean them up" by using agar. You might have been lucky, as you have seemingly used syringes I would strongly recommend at least shaking them and seeing if they recover. If you are a total beginner I would advise casing one of the jars as is, to have more chance of at least growing some mushrooms.
If using agar I would look up the thread on pastyplates. I have glass petris and like them but they are expensive and fragile, you can use plastic alternatives, or use glass food jars.

Yes, the majority of plastic dishes cannot be heat treated, so if they are not treated you cannot treat them easily. They usually will treat them with radiation or perhaps UV light and not heat like we do. They are usually polystyrene, PS, and cannot hold up to heat. Ones which can are very expensive, but some shallow dip containers can make good susbstitutes.
Can you link to the ones you found on ebay, I expect I could find cheaper. I was able to get 10 55x15mm plates for €1.93 including postage which were sterile and in a sleeve.

I was going to spawn 6 quarts of the colonized WBS to bulk, coir/verm. Is that a bad idea?

I am sort of in the same boat as you. From what I have read people are successful with MS to grain quite frequently. I think the point is that MOST aspire syringes have some variety of contaminant in them or else are introduced during inoculation. The jars may look great, however, if bacterial they will infest your bulk sub and weaken the mycelium allowing molds to move in and take a hold. I have been successful in MS to CVG in the past myself, however, I never get the nice, uniform canopy and rarely make it past second flush with out contams. If you have the spawn and it looks and smells good you will most likely be fine. Just putting spores to agar first will bring higher sucsess rates. Dick

I am fixing to prep my coir this morning, finally got a day off from work. I don't have any gypsum, I planned on just using vermiculite. Does it matter if I have the gypsum or not? Thought I fumbled around and found a Tek once that just used coir & verm.

nah gypsum is just an additive its not really needed, just follow the simple bucket tek aka "damion5050's elementary coir tek".
spawning grains to bulk is never a bad idea

I shook two of my colonized WBS jars and they did not recover. Should I just case the other pint size jars of colonized WBS to see if I can get anything out of them? I am going to start learning agar I guess so I can have "clean" spawn. Seems I am wasting my time using syringes to inoculate grains.
