Why doesnt my jars grow?

This was inoculating 2 weeks ago using lc, is this mycelium piss or contam. Only one looking like this of my 6 half liter jars, but it was fastest.
I have 4 quart jars I did the same way 1 week ago, though I only let it sit in water 6h before I simmered. These were fully loaded because It was my last bag of wbs. I didn't want to throw anything. I only have activity in this jar but it seems it has stalled. I don't know why anything hasent happened, this is the second time I tried with quart jars before I threw them in the trash.
 3 jars.
I pcd everything for 60min like I always do but this time something went wrong.. Can the shroomgods provide a little help.

From what I see.
Take the foil off the top
Jars seem too full
90 min is recommended when PCing grains
You said "like I always do" how many jars have you done (in your life)
Are you sure Your LC is clean?
Mycelium doesn't piss btw referred to as metabolites.

First foil is still on. Two pc grains longer bacterial infects can stop myc in its tracks. Three lc might cause the same with bacteria. Good luck

Toss toss aaaaaand toss. PC time for grains is at LEAST 90 minutes. Foil should be removed during colonization. Possibly need better filters and sterile technique. I also have a hunch you're fucking with LC before fucking with agar?

I have done maybe 10+ jars. I have always PCd for 60 min whitout problems. My lc is clean because i have other jars colonizing witout problems same lc. Should i throw the yellow jar? Can you have too full jars? Are there cons with having full jars?

did you make that LC directly from a spore solution? regardless, they're right. Foil off, and less grains. Your jars need gas exchange, but keeping it so full and then with foil on top isn't helping anything. If anything, it's getting your filter wet, which is a problem. If you're going to take the time and effort to do it, you should do it right.
If you want to make LC, make agar first. You crawl before you run.
Otherwise, use very little spore solution and inoculate jars either in a SAB or in front of a flowhood. How's your sterile procedure, being you're making LC? Do you have a picture of it?
I would honestly say the grains being so damn full might even be the main issue. If your grains are pressed up against your filters, it's going to be a recipe for disaster.

90 min at 15psi is the recommended time and pressure (250f) I'd toss them out and restart if I were you and follow a modern grain prep tek. 10+ jars isn't many so considering I can do do 7 each run in my 16qt. I'm guessing you somehow lucked your way through those. Call this a cheap learning experience.

If you're making LC from spores and not agar you're probably better off nocing the grains with a drop of spore solution rather than letting the bacteria grow in your LC before your grain.

It's pretty clean? What the hell does that mean? It's like a light switch it's either 100% clean or 100% fucked There is no way to visually tell if a Lc is clean, sometimes you can tell if it's dirty but you always have to test to see if it's clean.
Also please learn how to upload pictures.

Your picture is so rediculously large that I cant even make out what im looking at.
Either way if you made that LC from spores it's definitely not clean and you wouldnt be able to determine how clean it is without agar
