Awesome! I am glad to hear it. Anything I should include, or leave out? I am an experienced grower, but this is my first grow log, so I would definitely love some feedback.

Tell us more, what prep, innoc style, I'm assuming grains, what variety? How do you plan to fruit? There are many different conditions needed amongst your choices there. I'm interested. Dick

Great to hear some feedback. I will do my best to explain everything.
For preparation of the rye, I let it soak in some water for twelve hours, then boiled for roughly fifteen minutes. After that, I loaded in some jars, and pressure-cooked for 90 minutes.
I created the Panaeolus syringes with some spore prints I had lying around. As for the Galindoi and the Cubensis, I had some spore syringes that I finally decided to use. I inoculated each jar with around 1CC from the syringe. I also inoculated some liquid culture from each syringe for later use.
As far as the fruiting goes, I have had my experience with Cubensis and Galindoi, but not so much with Panaeolus. I would love some feedback on that, especially, since I hear that Panaeolus species are much trickier than Psilocybe species. With the Galindoi, I plan to save a jar, or two, for truffles, but leave the other two for fruiting, just for the novelty.

Yea the pans are what I would like to see as far as grow out. My pal n I attempted pans, azures and cyans with limited sucsess. What are you using as far as filter for GE on your jars? What, if any bulk sub do you plan to use for the cubes and why? Dick

I use micropore tape for GE. I usually put on about three our four layers. It was a method passed on to me, by the guy who started me in this. I have used synthetic filter discs, but I just feel better about micropore tape, for some reason. As far as the bulk substrate, I have had much better success with coco coir than I have with manure, so I will definitely be using that. Plus, I always sterilize coco coir, and that just makes me a little more confident about not having contamination, and such. As far as Azurescens, and Cyanescens, I would love to try that someday. Yeah!
