OK wow now its making more seance. I see how your getting there now. Man thanks for the help. I do have another question though the blower you suggest is more configured for what I need, now that I understand things a lil better. but I can get the 1Tdu2 for $80 cheaper but I would rather spend the $80 than have more trouble than its worth. So will I run into trouble with the 1Tdu2 if i cut down the intake air.

LOL hope I don't hurt my self. but I think I already have this has been such a pain. I got it for $40 a couple of years ago but figuring everything out was killing me so I gave up. I couldn't find the answers or someone to explain it well enough. I do appreciate it!!

Thanks man and i ran 25"x24"top, bottom, cuts on the wood that will give you a half inch off each side giving you a place to drill screws and be flush.... and 24"x24"on the sides ... the back i put a piece of 2x4 to support the fan and enclosed it with a piece of plywood i measured out 11.5 on the inside of the plywood and nailed 1x1" wood strips to the outside of the 11.5 you can even do 11.3/4" makes it so the air goes through and not around your hepa... put either wood glue or caulking down on the hepa and plywood dont forget to measure your hole for your fan and cut that out before doing all that and go from there that will give you 12.5" of plenum well enough space to build up pressure behind your filter
