so yo need 400 cfm @ about 1.2" static pressure + prefilter, so arround 1.4" static pressure, minimum.
I think a nice 10 inch inline blower (like hydro ducting blowers) pushing about 800 free cfm would get you there, probably want a speed controller to turn it down a hair.

well the inlines lose their cfm pretty fast at resistance and his filter is higher resistance than most. just a ballpark.

Ok im really confused now the below fan marked in green is 985 cfm @ 0.0 SP but only puts out 360 cfm @ 1.25 SP so this fan is not adequate? I do not want to buy the wrong fan or pay more than I should. So thanks for your help all that reply.

I also have the axc200b-es and the axc250-es <---- is 10" but from what I see these are not adequate either. If this is the case, looks like the fan will cost more than its worth. If anyone has any ideas or could suggest a fan, your help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks to all that replied and will reply!!

Have you tried calling your local hvac heating/ac repair places to see if they have any used 110v squirrel cage fans from customer jobs? I found 2 for cheap or free that way, they wire it up and everything if you ask. Just say you want the biggest 110v squirrel blower you can get for you garage. Should be more than enough power for this filter, most hvac systems have at least a nice 1200+ free cfm fan.

No one has an answer? I cant even find the SP for half the fans. How do you get the info that you need to put a flow hood together, if no one gives the SP?

That filter at .03 will be about 450-500 somewhere there if you add plenum and prefilter you will be about 1" sp you only need .8 to 1.0 for a proper flowhood

OK I think I found the proper blower after a long time searching. This diagram is off the Dayton 1Tdu2. Please check the diagram and let me know guys and gales. I'm counting on all of your experience to let me know if this is what the filter I have requires. I would rather pay a little more and make sure I have what I need. I can get this blower for $130 USD.
Thanks to everyone that has given me a hand!!
Diagram is now below sorry put up wrong pic.

I got dual 400 cfm in-line fans for my 11.5x2x2. Without the pre filter it is to powerful, but once I popped on the pre filter the lighter test passed and works great.
OP go for 800 or a bit more for yours looks like SP is way high in the upside down pic.

Thanks wtfcrazymofo for your input. Where I get confused and start to doubt everything is the WG (WG is same as SP right) on the filter says 1.35 max WG. but does not give a min. So I am thinking go higher and I can always cut down the intake air if I have to. That is why I think ill go with the Dayton 1Tdu2.

The airflow at 2000 also confuses me not sure what that means.

2000 cfm is max think about it like subwoofers orvan amp it says 1500 peak watts thats as high as you will get before it blows i already stated before i have one at 2000 cfm at 1.4 sp which i found the specs and at .3 .4 was about 500 cfm plus you have plenum and prefilter making it around .8 to 1" static pressure water guage water column however youwanna call it so you need 500 cfm at .8" wg but you only need 400 cfm for proper laminar flow........ giving you extra air to bog down and bam problem solved dude

noob47 I'm not sure that blower will do it. If I look at the data sheet it only gets about 350 cfm at about 1 WG but from what I understand (which I could be wrong) I need 400 cfm (filter is 2 x 2 x 11.5) at 1.3 WG with a pre filter of .2 which makes me need 1.5 WG total. Please correct me if I am wrong and I will gladly stand corrected.
Thanks again everyone.

No for our needs we need .8 to 1" for proper laminar anything higher and your getting into a whole nother thing ... and that on high at .8 is 500 so at .1 will be 440 or so that gives you more than enough air the plenum gives you .5 sp plus the .2 for prefilter and .3 on your hepa ... the 1.3 is maximum potential for your hood at 2000 cfm so at 400 its like .3 get it?
