First pic kinda right of center, take some from that leading edge.
2nd pic take from 3 o'clock
3rd plate I wouldn't fuck with
Last pic hard to tell but maybe take from the right of the top growth and maybe take from the top middle of the larger growth to the right.
When mycelium wedges out like Pac mans mouth is a very good indicator of competitor molds and bacteria. The first plate has a slimey appearance which looks like bacteria to me.
The places I told you to transfer from would be your safest bet imo

Eh it gets easier man. Its way easier if you just put 1 or 2 drops on the plate so you don't have a slew of growth everywhere lol. Makes it easier to manage and the less spores or spore solution you use the less mold and bacteria is passed on also

I tried only putting one or two drops. How often do the syringes come contaminated cause I was using an sab and the vendor I use says the syringes come sterile

Mushrooms are never fruited in a sterile environment. They are exposed to mold spores from day one of spawning through their entire life cycle. I can't really say how often syringes are dirty but if I had to guess I'd say it's a 50/50 chance of actually getting a clean syringe

We have all been through it and still go through it man. Just got to be patient but persistent. I threw away like 12 monos not too long ago because I had fungus gnats. Just recently had 3 months of bad spawn off and on due to a stealthy contam on agar I kept missing and was transferring it. Nothings %100 in this hobby lol, no matter how clean you think you're being. There will always be bumps in the road and some bumps are alot bigger than others

I want to use agar but I can't tell the difference between healthy mycelium and bacteria especially when they are both white

Most molds are white or at least start out white. Bacteria is more of a liquid/creamy substance. Can be clear/yellowish/milky white... Identifying molds comes with experience.
Read this link it has some really good info on what to look for
