You don't get it. There are more liberals in America than conservatives. If every vote were counted equally, the liberals would win and that's just not fair. How would the conservatives ever win anything?

george bush won the popular vote in 2004

is it fair that a minority gets special privileges that the majority dont get?

Bush/Kerry seemed like such a random example but then i realized it's the only election in the past 25 years where the republicans actually won the popular vote.

What minority. He won. He got the most votes. He should be congratulated for being the only republican who got more votes than a democrat this century.

so you only want to count from the clinton administration? you've been alive long
enough to know of at least 3 others, republican won the popular vote in 3 of those
elections

what's crazy is that not even gore threw as big a fit over losing the electoral
vote as liberals today are throwing, even hillary seems to have adjusted to a
trump presidency

That doesn't get any less moronic no matter how many times it's said.

There is no popular vote for president in this country so your meme is moronic. The individual states vote for President.

No Californians vote is worth less/more than any other Californians vote.

No Wyomingites vote is worth less/more than any other Wyomingites vote.

Nobody's voice is silenced if the election is determined by the popular vote as is every other elected office and ballot measure in the country. Everyone gets one vote and nobody's vote is weighted more or less than anyone elses.

Except, yet again since you either can't or won't get it, it's the states and their residents voting for President.

There are no federal office holders elected by popular vote.

I think you missed the point...
I know you think all of this is ridiculous (as if repeated whining would be worse then repeated whining about all the whining).
But can't you at least read what you respond to?

Not even one.

It's a union of states deciding on their President.

it's United STATES  of America.

Every State is it's own country that needs to have a voice in the Union. I'f you give 0.7 electoral votes to Wyoming, then it has 0 power in the Union at all. It might as well fuck off and do it's own thing. Just like anothe dozen and a half States.
