Morgan Hill ID request

Greetings all!
I am new here to shroomery as well as mushroom hunting. Yesterday, my girl and I decided to go on a hike that quickly turned into a mushroom hunt. We discovered a few different species of mushrooms and still having trouble identifying them. Waiting for spore prints at the moment. Hoping ya'll can help me ID them?

These were found at the base of a tree on the edge of a slope. The gills are crowded and an offish white. The stems are whitish brown, darker brown towards the bottom. The caps are white to dark brown with curvy edges. Waiting on the spore print at the moment. The bruising looks to be a darker brown. Location: Morgan Hill in the East Santa Cruz Mountains

These were found next to a creek, under a tree. The gills were white but some had brownish purple fade in the middle where the stem connected. The stems are brown and split easily. The caps are lighter brown in the middle with darker stripes on the edges. They looked kind of orang-ish brown when they were wet. Waiting on the spore print at the moment. The bruising looks to be a darker brown. Location: Morgan Hill in the East Santa Cruz Mountains
Not sure if these are active. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

The first pics are likely Rhodocollybia butyracea and the latter pics are Armillaria. Both edible if cooked, neither active.
You are not going to find many psilcybin mushrooms in the woods - those grow in cities, mostly in wood chip landscaping. Check the college campuses in the Santa Cruz area.
