As far as I know bran supped subs need to be sterilized.  I've never used lime so not sure how that works on bran.  Someone else might have better info...sorry, not much help there.
You should try golds, they're super tasty.

No mention of FAE?? Both your blues and pinks are trumpeting from too much CO2. The pink mutant is an indication of stress, maybe lack of air flow? Or more likely too much change in conditions. The way I think of it is the mycelia says "hey it's time to fruit, oh wait too much CO2, better push up, ok now it's time, oh wait..." etc. Pinks fruit quickly, so aborts are fairly rare. Keep it warm, wet, and well ventilated.

I have a Vics cool mist running 24/7 and as well as a tu with two ultrasonic foggers going every 20-25 minutes. I have one of the zippers open all the way up. This still keeps the humidity to 90% and dips to 80% when foggers aren't running. I figured the cool mist blowing constantly would be enough FAE. There are also slits cut in the sides of the Martha.

I've got some lion's manes in there now. I'll post some pics tomorrow to show how they are doing.
