Help Please! Kratoms baby in need of some help...

Ive posted a couple times about this Rifat in the Mitragyna Growers Unite! thread but I only got suggestions from 1 or 2 members there and they both said/agreed I should try the same thing as a solution. It didnt work.
This plant has been growing much slower than the others I got at the same time as this one.
I tried what they suggested and it has not helped at all. The plant is actually worse now. However I dont think what they suggested made it worst, it was inevitable.
I think it might be bacteria but Im not sure.
This plant has two shoots as if it were topped at some point but one of them is bigger and more developed than the other. First the edges on the tips of the leaves were red-ish and now its spreading, now there are also lots of spots on the leaves, there is a red spot or 2 on the stem, even the new leaves are affected now, it started on the new growth very shortly after they came out, and one of the older leaves is deteriorating much faster than the others and it is curling upwards; its turning grey-ish and it also has the red spots.
The small leaves here are new growth on the less developed shoot, they are already very damaged and they just came out a couple days ago. Besides the leaf thats curling up and greying these 2 seem to be the ones that are worse off. Its been 2 days since I took the pics and these 2 smaller leaves are worse than they were in this pic
Here is another angle
Somebody please help! I really want to save this little baby. Im unemployed and recently lost just about everything I owned except a few things due to a nasty divorce, Im am rebuilding my collection from scratch and I spent way to much money that I didnt have on this cutting. I really need to make sure it survives.

Man sorry for the run of bad luck. Been there and felt that. I have an exwife i live with but when i was gone and my collection was here it was constant fear til one day i decided not to answer my phone. She trashed everything i had. There is where i slowly wemt to rebuild. Women are fucking nuts.
On to your plant. Whats your soil? What is the temperature like? What are you feeding it?
Me i am battling with yellow leaves. Nothing green has been growing as of late. I added some kelp and blood meal to it and i hope it helps.
Sorry about your plant. I know they can take a lot of water and a lot of fertilizer. Ease up on anything youve been doing. And just hold off trying anything. I cant offer any much more advice than that.
You said you have other plants. You have pics of those?

Yes! women are nut. Cant live with them cant leave without them. The ULITIMATE Catch 22! Sorry to hear you had to go through something similar.
I use Ocean Forest they are so young I wasnt feeding them yet because Ive been told the dirt have enough for to hold them over for a little before you have to start feeding them. But I thing it was Kactus.Brand.G that suggested I put a little top dressing of used coffee grounds so I did that like 3 days ago. Im in the Southern East coast in the US so the temps are usually in the mid to high 80's sometimes 75 ish when I have to bring them inside because its been raining way too much.
I have to take new pics of the other. I only have old pics.

Ya in might be either bacteria or fungus.
From the little research I had time to do it looks like some pictures of bacteria infections; in which case I can not cure the plant and I might as well trash it.
Its been getting worse since there hasnt been much sun to dry out the soil so this is why I think its one of these 2 things.
I really hope I dont have to put old yeller down.

Dont. Give it time. Let it run its course. Essentially let it die but leave it be for now.

Can you not take it indoors, and put it under some grow lights until the sun comes back out?
That is what I do daily with mine.

I dont know if my light survived the divorce. What I do know is that they are not here where Im at so for now there are no lights.
I do bring them in but they dont dry out much in here just sitting there.

Give it as much sun as you can and with wind. You should only bring it indoors if it gets very cold outside. Leaving it in the rain should not be a problem but don't let their roots suffocate before you see new growth.
This plant can stay in sitting water but if it is a new cuttings let the roots grow. It takes a while to start new growth because it is likely spending its energy with roots growth rather then top growth.

May I suggest amputating the healthiest piece (if it still is healthy) and trying to clone it?

Unfortunately there isnt a healthy looking part on that little guy.
The healthiest part on the plant are the 2 top leaves on the big shoot but even those 2 have red edges and the stem isnt long enough to clone that piece yet.
No spots yet, but this is how it started on the other leaves.
The whole plant is pretty darn pale too.
There are 2 main shoots and the big shoot lost a leaf today.
I need a new Rifat
On another note my Bumble b's new leaves keep coming out like something is munching on them and their deformed inside the bud before it opens up
This is the second set of leaves it happens too and this new set is worse than the one before.
Since I got it its sprouted 3 sets of leave and the first set came out beautiful but the other 2 sets came out like something is eating them inside the bud.
Got this one from the same guy as the Rifat, and this guy stopped selling Kratms. I think he stopped because they are all infested/unhealthy.

I need to wipe out the mini garden I have and start over from plants I know are grown by someone that knows what they are doing and have no pest or unknown sicknesses.

Dude just cut it down to that last nodes. Leaves or not. Spray it down with some insecticidal soap. Or get a systemic fungicide. I feel bad for you i really do but you are just dragging it out. No sense in avoiding the inevitable.

Im thinking about it...
Im waiting on a few other things though, some money, Im waiting to see if maybe the next set of leaves come out better, and I also need some extra time on my hands.
But ya its coming down to that and it will probably happen very soon.

I personally would start with protecting them from the rain and maybe a very very light nitrogen Rich fertilizer, I would definitely suggest bringing them in to let it dry out thoroughly. Various diseases and viruses as well pests thrive in consistently moist soil. I would think that would be the first and easiest thing to do. Hope things work out for you, that's never a fun situation. Coffee grounds really should be composted first or at least added into the soil imo.
It does look like a disease of some sort but that's just a guess. While I partially agree with the suggestion to use a fungicide like neem oil - I personally would be hesitant to treat it at this stage. neem oil can clog the stomata on the bottom of the leaves, I had a plant completely Wilt and die overnight after being sprayed with neem oil the other day. (unless my cat an ninja'd is way in there and peed on it)
